Is there any reliable Virtual Credit/ Debit card service at the moment which I can top up immediately today?

Wirex is not recommended if you are not living in EU because I heard many users experienced that their account locked without email notification and there is no chance to recover it without KYC and proof that you are living on EU.

Oh, tnx, didn't know that wirex has such as restrictions outside the EU, I'm using that card since XAPO was closed

Among these I cannot see which exactly offers VCC, not plastic card.
