This isn't first excuse from you that we are hearing from you. This is very old excuse and multiple fake ICO's provide same thing. At first that's yours responsible to verify your team members. Never mind what is their position. But fake means always fake. If team members really don't know each others then how will your project succeed? Also use hired developers photo on website isn't wise decision. Although you had used but you should verify that you are adding a real person. You did mistake and obviously you will face the problem.
