Bitcoin is heading to 20k$ obviously, this thread was opened when Bitcoin was below 5k and now it's almost 9k$ within such a short time.

This can be reached in a matter of weeks if the rise of Bitcoin continues most specially if there are events this year that will help in the demand of buying more Bitcoins. Positive news like adaptation of Blockchain and use tokens from big companies like Facebook and Microsoft surely helps the price as people anticipate launch of new projects.

That would be nice to see if bitcoin will again achieve that price, but of course that requires time and I don't think easily that can be achieved.
We shall see because the market is bullish, but from now until the end of the year, we certainly still have a lot of time.

I am looking forward for more uptrend and I will not give up my holdings and will remain optimistic.

Bitcoin is going to be pump as more money are coming in the market now, and even at the current price now, I can already conclude that my decision to hold for this long is right since price is growing and people are appreciating the market.

Yep. This thread was created when it was still unclear if the crypto winter was over. It seems with the upcoming halvings of Litecoin and bitcoin, and Litecoin happening first, Litecoin will be leading this bull market. Given that we have already broken the $9,000 level, albeit temporarily, and that we are just in June, I can see bitcoin well into the five figures by the end of the year. $20,000+ would not shock me.

Price never moves in just one direction, its the easiest thing to call because there is no free money in such an easy way given for one simple opinion.     If we were talking about previously unknown news of some kind then maybe we can justify a surprising continuation but I'm pretty sure 2019 is a reaction to the vast price differences of 2018 hence we were move up and down like waves normally do, crashing forward and receding and repeating

If we get 20,000 this year its very likely a negative and volatile price inaccuracy and negative for BTC long term.   More is sometimes less, I dont think a free market will do this unless there is some advance nobody is previously aware of

If anything it seems that your prediction was too low, bitcoin was close to 9000 some days ago and while it lost some value it seems that it is headed in that direction once again and if we break it then it is possible that we are going to reach 10k during the next months, I am really excited since I have been waiting for this recovery for some time and it is great to feel vindicated.

as my prediction, bitcoin price will stay between $7000 - $9000 until the end of this year. we have many good project this year and hopefullly can make bitcoin and other altcoin price rise again, im curious cant wait to see the end of 2019 what will bitcoin bring to us, and im really sure there are no downfall anymore at this moment until we have 2020. the beginning of 2020 will become bitcoin's year...so anyone of you have good portofolio in cryptocurrency i suggest to hodl it no matter what happen.

FYI, bitcoin has already reached $9000 this year but it did not stay at that price for long because correction happens, but don't worry we will be breach that price again and this current price movement now seems going to be that direction.

The price has crossed 8000$ but that doesn't mean it couldn't pull back again. We've seen similar scenarios many times so far. 9000$ seems so close and it could be reached in.couple of days but it might as well take couple of months or even longer. $9000 is already an achieved price, and with this $9000 with good resistance can be achieved even before the year end. With price higher than $9000 gaining good resistance surely we can experience $15k-$20k.

From my understanding I expect the price to reach beyond $20k by the falling year as the halving is scheduled to take place by the middle of the year. Now itself we have got more speculations and price predictions relative to halving confirming the market pump for 2020.
