yes , the name says it  . 1 confirmation means you will still need to wait for a 1 confirmation before the coins can be fully transaferred but instant means it doesnt have any waiting .  there are sites that promise instant deposits but what if you are using a cheap/slow wallet and you are using a small fee ? i think it will still take alot of time in order for the amount to be credited  but in the case of instant withdrawals  ,i think thats true because the casino might use a higher fees .
