If you want to get a bitcoin using wire transfer then try using matbea.

He might be Russian but I do also use WebMoney before and I am not Russian.
I am guessing he could be creating a new service that will add up wire transfer from banks.

But if you are asking of exchange that support direct wired transfer using bank then I will say none for now because most of the exchanges only support the use of credit cards for now but in the future we may have something like that.

Okay, since you know Privatbank, it's very likely that you are Russian or Ukrainian. It sounds like you want to launch your own exchange website where people will be able to sell fiat for crypto and vice versa, and you are asking where (country, bank?) to do it. You can write the question in Russian/Ukrainian here (IDK if the forum rules allow it, though) or pm me, so that we could formulate it in proper English here, and more people could help you.

 I really don't understand your question. Would you like to open a company and a bank account to accept wire transfers from customer? Any bank would do that! Or you are looking for a bank account with integrated crypto account which doesn't exist in the market as of now! Please explain along with your country so that the community can help you!

Depends on what country it is referring to. Easiest option is to use coinbase or gemini as trusted fiat exchanges. Kraken is another option, and also bitpanda which has more altcoins

Ok, let me explain more about my question.

I'm from Ukraine, (Kiev) and have online service for exchange virtual money: webmoney, Yandex Money, Perfect Money and local "Privatbank".
Now wanna add to my list Crypto money and work like https://paybis.com NOT PROMO. But in Ukraine have high limits on wire or swift payments and all currency like USD, EURO, etc.
So I see that way open Offshore company with bank account not in my Country.
I don'y have any experience with offshore company.
Maybe I choose wrong way, and can work with any regular company but as I know, world bank's not happy to work with Crypto currency.

Seem to me to me like you are in need of a bank that accepts cryptocurrency. Well am not very sure as I couldn’t comprehend your question very clearly, but if this is what you need, i would like to inform you that it is quite rare to get such. Majority of banks do not. The only option you might have now will be to deposit your Bitcoin in a crypto exchange, then converted into fiatand the fiat would be wired transferred in your bank account. I hope this helps

Depends on what you really want the bitcoin for. If you have a system in Ukraine that can exchange bitcoin to your local currency than you can just use coinpayments.net to implement bitcoin acceptance to your website. So for example, a person from all over the world can visit your website, pay with bitcoin thanks to coinpayments, you get your money from coinpayments (they do accept much more than just bitcoin btw) and than the money you get from them you can exchange it to your local currency.

Nevertheless, if you do not have an exchange to turn your local currency to bitcoin or bitcoin to your local currency than you can use localbitcoin website which basically makes sure you get to change money. From first look https://localbitcoins.com/country/UA allows ukrainian currency to exchange for bitcoin.

I think the OP would need to give a better clarification of what he needs exactly because I could see the question coming out in different ways. I thought it was about the banks that accepts cryptocurrency, then again an exchange an exchange that’s connected with web money and private bank. It depend on your country of residence,Crypto Exchanges differ in there delivery base on country of residence, your bank account for Crypto can from REMITANO which can be used to source and convert your fiat to  BTC  or ETH, vice versa, you need to check through which is being frequently used in your country.

I suggest you to start from learning some english. At least 3rd grade supposed to be enough to ask simple questions and use google translate.

I think your idea will be rejected by the company, because it is contrary to the company's goals. the company certainly wants to hire employees with a fixed value. whereas if you use crypto, the value can change at any time, and the company certainly doesn't want to lose.
I think crypto will be better and more effective if it becomes an investment asset.

From the question I understood that how to add crypto service as like webmoney and privatbank. As of now if you're in country with legal support it is possible to banking account as well register company for Cryptocurrency related services. Other than this possibility it is completely hard to get a company registered on cryptocurrency banned countries.

No matter where you are from, no matter how much money you have, if you want to find the easiest and clearest choice its always localbitcoin. I mean after all that is the place where all this exchange thing started first with mt.gox and after years of criminal justice type of thing with mt.gox the localbitcoin stays strong and works like the first day (even improved a bit on UI to be honest).

So, if there are better options out there for you yeah go ahead and use them but if you can't find a place to buy or sell your bitcoins, there is ALWAYS localbitcoin, its open probably for all countries in the world (I don't know all third world countries, maybe its not open in some south american small island nation who knows but its definitely working in almost all countries).
