If you look at the coin details, you can see Premine is 2.07%. Two-Thirds of that Premine is designated for Pre-Sale. Therefore, less than 0.70% of Premine is held by the team.

I don't know what rules they apply. Sometimes I also got a message that a post has been deleted which was totally weird. Maybe someone reports a post and the mods delete it without check it, but I don't know for sure.

Standard MN/PoS expectations apply. Coin are earned through both staking and nodes confirming blocks.
