One of the reasons government is finding it difficult to accept and legalize cryptocurrency, is because of its anonymous nature.
They are afraid taxes would be easily evaded. It might enhance more crime, such as money laundering, drug trafficking and the likes. These are some of their fears, but with time I believe they will approve it.

There have been several incidences, most especially as regards the issues of hack of exchanges and several other forms of stolen funds, which has in turn cause down trend at some points in the crypto space.
These incidences have made a lot of people to be at their wit ends, not knowing what to do.

If I should ask everyone what can be done to foster confidence, we will all have different things to say. Nonetheless, suggestions are welcome, but before that, I just feel that regulation is part of the main language that can restore.
Aside that, if exchanges have not started the process of insuring the funds on users on their platform, it will be good they start that.

Restoring investors confidence can be done through accepting and adopting cryptocurrency worldwide, safeguarding cryptocurrencies from hacks and theft, curtailing scammers and above all insuring of funds by exchanges.

Yes , but on the other hand if fundamental changes occur in the market, for example, investor protection and financial guarantees appear, this will greatly add confidence to investors and, as a result, the market will go up. Well for me i have my full confidence in Cryptocurrency, yes there are some countries which government did not accepted it but in my owned country although it is not fully accepted by the government but there is no problem about it, most especially if government will fully supported and accepted it.

indeed, some countries still have not received good use of cryptocurrency for payment of something that is bought, but I am sure it will not last long, when cryptocurrency strengthens and there are already many countries that use cryptocurrency, there will be times when countries prohibit the use of cryptocurrency payment using cryptocurrency.

It is a normal feeling for everyone cause we care also our funds and any possible for losses. But wen have that instincts which could help us to stand strong and never have to think of quitting. Its a little bit disappointing to see a bearish trend continue until 1st quarter of this year. But as shown the market today, it sounds great and we are moving into bullish season.

Honestly saying i was involve in cryptocurrency since 2015 But i was not focus til then, until 2016 has arrive im slowly tried investing in cloudmining services and i was became a victim of "HashOcean Cloudmining Scam" im losing a lot from those incident but my confidence in Cryptocurrency still remain, But it was slightly affected my  judgement im hesitate to invest more for Buy and hold, I was comparing from 2016 upto today the scamming incident was very high compare back then. and the issue of Confidence is not measured by just say it so. it must be accompanied by action! Thats why the "All time highs" are recorded because of the "Investors Confidence about Cryptocurrency" and it will continue as far as cryptocurrency exist. for me it must be regulated as soon as possible in order to restore all the potentials that lose because of the scams that happening in the cryptosphere.

I greatly feel good right now seeing the market even moves slowly making to recover from a year of bear. The most awaited part of crypto looks like it nearly to came out and it fir sure everyone could smile again. We are all human though and I'm sorry if I burst your bubble but every crypto currency traders or investors who's trust fail or fall just because of the bearish market definitely don't know the risks,losses and the so on you presume because crypto are basically built on the foundation of volatility.

For me, that is pretty hard to do, especially when you are trying to convince someone who does not want to be convinced or someone who has pretty much lost faith on cryptocurrencies. I think the confidence aspect in cryptocurrency comes from the inside because only true believers would have that resiliency and courage to continue on despite the many negative things happening in the market.
