Many ICO are now shifting towards IEO route to collect money now as this trend is now gaining ground and some IEO give good returns to their investors but time will decide that what happen in future.

Yes already replaced ICO to IEO. Now we can not see a lot of ICO like before. But some are still alive ICO but I think most of them are a scam. People should aware of that. Also should aware of IEO which is launching by the unknown and new exchange .

By the rising of IEO there are also plenty of new exchanges trying to make fortune out of this hype but most of them aren't looking legit, I mean they are new exchange without popularity and already trying to have an IEO goes on, that is just like the sole reason of them creating exchange is just for the IEO money.

Binance has raised fund for two projects and they have offered their 3rd project which sell will be at March 19 or 21 of instant. It's Celer Network. Their previous two projects were successful and I hope this one will also be a successful one.
However, it seems Bittrex is also following the same and there is an IEO on their platform too. Can IEO replace the ICO?

The reality now is, it has become a domino effect,  so many exchanges are now following Binance, because they have a successfully run, and because of this exchange are following where the profit is, it's now a competition on a better exchange that can give projects enough funding, it's a win win situation for investors and the exchange.

I think it is already. Already IEO pushed out of the market ICO. At least I do not believe ICO anymore

I don't think so, but, I also cannot blame the investors of ICO back in the year of 2017. In that said year almost everyone that invest on ICO are gaining money and profits in their investments but after that successful year ICO is not the same anymore. There are so many scams spreading in the crypto field. Now that IEO is here investors are more safe than ICO. If ICO will change for sure they will comeback to it because the potential of big profit is in ICO.

The IEO is more effective in promoting a coin / token because they are guaranteed a listing in a market and will also be purchased by large investors.

IEO has long ago replaced ICO, because many investors have already left ICO projects and started investing in IEO, because now you can earn a lot in IEO

my opinion ieo better than ico because it is more promising than ico which is not yet clear because people are not sure with ico who is too much fraud manipulating project revenue, what i like about it is transparent

you can see all the project currently going for IEO and i think you have to choose best project carefully to buy.ico already replaced by ieo.

Well, IEO is now growing so fast and many people believe more on IEO system, moreover those that list the coins on the trusted exchanges. It may be a hard competitor of ICO and sometimes it will be bigger. But, to replace, I still have no idea, probably.

I don't know about IEO, but I think that project cannot replace ICO because of the high potential of ICO in this year. IMO,  ICO project will still exist if the price is as good as at the moment.  You should wait for the growth of the ICO project this year.

its same like can crypto can replace fiat, i think not even if crypto will dominant in the future.
same like IEO if it will be famous, ico still will still exist, and not all IEO will good/success.

IEO nowadays are very trending, and this is most priority by the investors and bounty hunters as well actually.
But even IEO was trend so far, ICO now compared to bear market are much good and better in fairness. So, I doubt IEO could replace
ICO because they are just the same in so many ways.

but the IEO also does not provide big guarantees to investors. even for the IEO in large exchanges such as binance, the number of participants was also limited to purchases. ICO may lose popularity, but not to be abandoned.

This is happening so far, but in ICO not all projects are fraudulent, but it is safer to participate in IEO so far

some exchanges have different rules for the IEO. You must be able to pass their requirements, such as binance, which asks us to have a BNB coin balance in our account to be able to join the IEO. but there are some other exchanges that look easier. if it's a problem with the IEO, we should be able to choose a really good ICO project.
