Cryptsy issue

Hello, I writing you to make a complain.
I got a order to buy FLAP with BTC on 0.00000001.
Around 90%  from all sum was matched, the rest 10%  still remain.
There is another sales on this price, but I not buying.
How it is possible, I made order with all sum together and if I started buying it is normal to continue buying, but some other buying instead me.

Please, explain me why the rest ot my order not matching.

I started bying few hours ago - this means that my order is first.
This means that next sell must match my order
