A little curious, about posting: Khilone7 I saw all the bitcointalk members in the Forum discussions,
Not with @ Khilone7 almost 90% of Twitter image posts.
So the @ Khilone7 account has been banned,

Well, I want to know, what is possible if the contents of the post are all Twitter images, can cause the account to be banned or that the image posting is not a problem.

When someone posting excessive spams and the continuously deleted by the mods then they have chances of getting temporary ban for 7 or 14 days also with signature ban but no permaban will be imposed for spams I guess,unless bumping ANN intentionally.

Posting images is not a problem so long as one does it in an acceptable level and is not spamming.
People post different GIFs and images of which some are even off topic but never get banned. Just check the BTC wall Observer thread and see for yourself.
So I doubt Khilone7 was banned because of the twitter images.

I think as long as you provide valid source of a content that you hired from somewhere else then you should be fine. It's hard to find image plagiarism (It's a made up word :-) ).
