You forget sey the usual Naija things — Dem go ever postpone it na. Just wait and see. BTW, the January deadline be for people wey get the NIN already oh. I think the time frame nor dey short for that. Na something wey person fit stay on top im bed do sef in less than 3mins. Omo I dey  happy to see another developer in our community. Maybe at one point, we go team up create something for the community. As for NIN, I do my own sometime for 2016 so I no even bother to stress myself about am. The government don even fail to block people. Them dey fail at everything.
