I don't want to tok about Political issues again because I was called by name because of Political discussions. But let me put mouth on dis issue.
INEC is always be an INEC, me as a political scientist/Political Economist. Nigeria Government and INEC can't deceive me anymore. Di problem we dey face in 9ja e dey cause my 3 major personalities. The police, the court and INEC, but in these few years back (Like 3 or 4 years back) INEC is getting better but not really okay. Make we see what dey can do 2023. If court nd police dey do their best well in the country naija for don better since. I don't think, such thing will happen again come 2023, because the U.S government has given a sound warning to Nigeria leaders who used to come to their country to relax or do other business to far away from magomago in dis general election, that anyone find in general election ringing will be ban from their country and their family too. With dis warning, I believe INEC will not allow underage voting to happen in the North because there are many things dey will use to expose underage in dis general election 4 Nigeria citizens vote to count for future purpose.
