To regulate laws hard for this country because even the government wey deh actually put these laws are a defaulter to these laws. for Nigeria to regulate and make sure say make people no deh squeeze this new naira note e go deh very hard, because the rate of ignorance wey deh for the users of this currency e too high.
Today somebody use the new naira note take buy something for the supermarket wey i deh and the money looks attractive somehow sha but as the cbn don talk say them no go print plenty of this new money nai be say make we go just deh use to seeing it rough and squeezed in a couple of weeks. Na when you go buy something for local market nai you go see people deh rubbish and squeeze our naira note anyhow as nothing day eva deh serious for the country nai make all this things deh  happen,for some country even to mishandle the countries currency sef can get you arrested.

We will continue to cry out about this careless behaviour from Nigerians but without strict and well monitored rule it will still be occurring. I once heard of the government passing this law for punishment against money squeezers but it never got approved by the House members maybe because they are all victims of same circumstances.
Sincerely its disheartening seeing how Nigerians rubbish the country properties even physical amenities like roads are been treated badly. The cashless policy will be unable to do very much right now, unless you can say a greater percentage of persons are full users of the e-naira app and acceptance of CBDC for trade and other commerce.
Awareness campaign adverts on newspapers, TV, magazines, radio, Internet and word of mouth approach can help sensitize individuals on the way and manner to respect the national currency no matter how undervalued it is right now, also it will help the misuse of the naira notes to be curtailed.

In any project created, there is a targeted audience. And the targeted audience for cryptocurrency is the world youths. And when bitcoin came to Nigeria, it was the youths key into it and when the Nigeria government discovered that, the Nigeria youth used bitcoin massively in the #endsars protest and they used bitcoin to sponsor the protest with millions... And they could not do anything to stop the coin so they created e-naira, though the e-naira is meant for everyone but the specific targeted audience are the youth.
The only way the e-naira can work perfectly in Nigeria is the time when the government create it as a decentralized exchange platform and by that most Nigerians will use it to keep their naira...and if possible they should give rewards to some first users for like 6 months. Then people will be tripping in. But as for me the decentralized exchange with free charge rate is the best. Or very low fee rate like BTC.

Yes the youth has a low percentage in the national fiscal policy but not in the internet or online transaction... nobody will tell me that the Nigerian Youth has a low percentage on e-transaction but for the physical cash policy they are.

Also, the CBN cashless policy will help in checking a lot of things, but the defacing of the Naira note is not part of it. Honestly eh, this country is just messed up. We have a judiciary that is not independent. We have EFCC that is being used by some top politicians to intimidate and harass people who do not bow to them, we have the DSS that is just in bed with government and also been used by them to carry out their witch hunting. All these folks are the enemies of the state. And the funny thing is that they have all these guys at their command to do their bidding at a moment's notice. Even though I am not a huge fan of oga Meffy, what has DSS go to do with. Why is it that it was as soon as he did this monetary policy thingy that he automatically became a "terrorism financier"?

D country don cast my broda, but the judiciary is still good if the person in question has a sizeable number of supporters. Wetin I know be say Buhari dey and some strong people dey behind Emefiele and dem no say na the cashless policy dey pepper dem. I didn't mixed any words, sentences and terminology, all the phrases and clauses are well constructive. Yes, I said the only time when the e-naira can be used effectively is the time when the government create the e-naira as a decentralized exchange system which is not possible and if that is not possible it means e-naira is redundant to the teaming youth. The statement you underlined is conditional statement or sentence, therefore, you misunderstood the concept of the OP. E-naira is already a CBDC so there is no way it can be decentralized. CBN didn't integrated the E-naira to the banking system but e-naira is part and parcel of the E-banking, they are intoto.

Although I didn't actively involved in the End Sars protest but I was actively following it from TV, Radio and Social Media and I was also aware that most of the fundings in the End Sars was transacted through BTC. And that was why Nigerian Government could not traced most of the fundings.  Yes Satoshi didn't mention the targeted users of BTC but ordinary there are something we see in the ecosystem or within or around us that we need not a prophet to tell us.

Once again. Please understand my analogy, E-naira can only be effective in Nigeria if it is decentralized and it not possible because it's CBDC. As for me, I don’t see the reason why they’ll invite the CBN Governor to appear before them after the new policy have passed a lot of recommendations and approved by the president himself. If they wanted to stop this, they should have done it before now not when it has already been implemented. He failed to appear before them twice and they can’t do anything to him for disobeying the law, this is how the country has been before now. Even if they see a reason as to why he shouldn’t implement it, It’s already late now. I just feel the house of reps are also toying with us to make us feel they’re fighting for the wants of the people which doesn’t feels so. If at all it was, a action should have been taken before now by them.

I no know why him they boycott the summon sha, though his camp give reason sha, them talk say him they on official assignment, but this kind official assignment wey him they on for two weeks now, i they sure say the house of reps no buy this excuse at all, and e sure me say them go they vex like mad.
