ITO and IEO? because you are saying on you will do your tokensale through the Leondrino Exchange

This was a Leondrino naming choice, but technically it's all an IEO, the phases are based on the token class named by Leondrino itself, for more details you could read THIS ARTICLE

Some limitations example are the number of tokens you can buy for every transaction.

The big question in my mind We already have many cryptocurrency which has already capable to be an payment option for everywhere, they all cheap transaction costs,  fast and reliable. In the and why do we need a new one just for restaurants and loyalty programs ? We still did not have the mass adoption  I think your project needs more work.

Because we would like to give the opportunity to have a stable price one, not a speculatory one. Would you accept to pay a 5$ pizza in Bitcoin and the day after know that it's like if you'd paid it 20$? Main adoption issue is this volatility, and a merchant would be scared to sell something he pays 5$ with 10$ commercial value and the day after have a crypto value of 4$
This is why we want to change it.

Rubens personally lucrated and earned, sometimes, by changing TUSD with USDT, so this is why we want to offer our token, to give 1€ / 1 LEAF in every moment, giving it more trustability.
Anyway we have yet some restaurants using LEAFtokens .

The Exchange is just based in Germany and everyone can join and participate in their IEO regardless if your from Germany or not.

So if you're planning to invest then you are free to do so on their chosen IEO platform

You can't only if you're in a forbidden country, like other ICO. But if someone doesn't pass KYC is refunded for example.
