You can move your thread to currency exchange, their lot of users will buy your skrill and give you btc but be carefully and use escrow to avoid get scammed as!you will get lot off scammer s who will give good offers and tell you to send first and scam you.

Skrill doesn't give you a btc wallet or any real bitcoins. They give you virtual bitcoins which follows the same pricing, and you can easily go back to fiat after

If you are allowed for Bitcoin for your skrill account you will see the option in your Skrill account. If you are not allowed Bitcoin wallet there won't be an option for the cryptocurrency.

Since you still have issue in using your skrill to buy Bitcoin you only have two option in other for to get what you need.
1) Open a thread on here and post your offer.
2) Try out bitpanda, localbitcoin and paxful which seems to have skrill to btc transaction but you need to be careful when use paxful and localbitcoin to avoid scam read their terms, conditions and go for reputable seller.

as our friends said above, not all countries support skrill (euro) and can exchange with bitcoin. sorry first, why not change it to usd first? so you can easily change it back to btc. Because I have never used a euro so I can't explain in more detail to you.

I think there is possible to transfer funds to Upay and buy bitcoin at least you can attach your Skrill card there
Other option is to transfer funds from Skrill to https://spectrocoin.com/en/
But spectro exchange rate is about 4 % so it expensive option
You can also l find any place where you can deposit funds with card and buy btc
There is some exchangers on exchange section where you can buy btc with skrill but i never used them so better be careful
