This is not part of entering the lottery. The following is an explanation of how winners will be fairly chosen randomly.

The server seed will be the first Bitcoin block hash after 4:00 am (GMT) on March 29, 2019.
You can view Bitcoin block hashes live here: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/blocks

When all of the information is filled in the highlighted number in the picture will be multiplied by the total number of entries. The person who was assigned that number will be the 1st place winner. For example, if 500 people enter the calculation would be 500 multiplied by 0.789354604669. We will only be looking at the whole number in the result so the winning number would be 394. These steps will be repeated with the next 2 Bitcoin block hashes to find the remaining winners.
