Ok so now even the picture is not matching, nothing else is left to be said now. As nothing can get more ridiculous than that. Now maybe we need to bring some expert to confirm that image and video is same What you need is Amazon AWS facial recognition software (the same program ICOEthics used to compare both images), which is pretty accurate for the most part. If there was even the slightest resemblance between the screenshot taken from that video and the image on your website, program would have given some sort of percentage match. I would suggest that you post another picture of him from a different angle so that we can have a better comparison between the two. If you don't, we can assume you've replaced a fake CEO with another fake CEO. |

This is a problem you created by having your CEO's fake photo on your website and only you can solve it by providing the necessary proofs. We should be able to confirm his identity. A picture of a guy where you can barely see half of his face and a video of a Korean - speaking guy, which I'm sure no one here can understand, though I admit I can hear him say your project's name...is not enough. Take for example Windhanenergy project, they had a similar issue with incorrect photos. They posted a video with their entire team, they also provided additional proofs/documents of their company...building permits, certificates etc. and issue was resolved. |

No, I am sorry to say we have NOT created this problem. It was almost like people were waiting for the mistake to make it big. Is it so hard to see for you or others or are you guys actually pretending something? I already explained about the video, the CEO's first language is not English, so to avoid any issues it was decided to go for the actual language. How is that not enough now? I repeatedly asked what is required, and then I was told that put up a video, at that time it was enough? Now after adding the video, that become not enough. So, logically in a sense nothing will be ENOUGH, because you guys are not interested in solving, but interested in damaging genuine projects. This is the reason I believe why majority prefer not wasting time over putting teams, as certain people will microscope it unnecessarily to trouble. JeromeTash - I hope you understand that you should give priority to this thread if you are interested in opening such things. We are still waiting for your reply about it. |

Why are you trying to make this so complicated? It is easy - FAKE CEO = SCAM Want a second chance? (you dont deserve a second chance), but giving you a benefit of the doubt, we asked you to provide a video. But how do we know that the name of that person in the video that you provided is what you said it is? You didnt provide any profile. Do you understand? It was FAKE ONCE and now we need evidence!!! And dont forget we need evidence of the other two members as well. We dont understand why your CMO have not updated his profile with your project yet. This should be a matter of an emergency for a Chief Marketing Officer - to clear/clean the name of a project - dont you think? And again - Video and photo of your CEO didnt match! Maybe you should listen to morvillz7z suggestion: I would suggest that you post another picture of him from a different angle so that we can have a better comparison between the two. Sorry but there is no talk of "SECOND CHANCE" here. We are very clear that we never did anything wrong in first place. Did you found us putting that fake image anywhere like ANN thread or Whitepaper? So tell me by your logic why we will not do that? I like you to answer this. If our intention was like you and some people are trying to put up, then why we will not put it on ANN and Whitepaper? And I have one more question, IF the intention was like you say it probably was, then why we did not had that image from the time the website was launched? And about the video, I have clearly explained that the CEO is not someone who runs 100 ICOs daily to have all social profiles ready to be shown. All other members have it, because they already had it, so it was not like it was created specific for this. So what profile do you exactly need to be shown? While it's very clear that you changed your stance on this because first up you asked for the video, once that was done then you have now started up this point, so it almost is never stopping thing till maybe we decide to stop replying or ignoring. We don't have any problem with adding another image or even another video, but the point is that these demands are just not stopping. Okay, I agree that you guys are helping people stop from joining scam ICO, but does that mean you trouble even if ones are genuine? I mean, in that sense I could also start up with the thing that you are trying to keep yourself and your website relevant by targeting ICOs and staying on in public eye like few other people here, but I have not done that because it's obvious that there are a lot of scammers out there and a lot of are genuinely spotted. But common, do you seriously think we will be defending this much if we really had wrong intention? It's not even a mistake that we have done, because the thing was picked up from our website, and now I don't want to sound silly here by saying that it's wrong, because that's correct. But it was picked up when we were making the changes. Your way and approach is fine if we had put it up on the Whitepaper or ANN thread, but we never did that. I mean, how is this fair to target something like that when it's in the work-out phase? Also the 2 members you are repeatedly mentioning, I have mentioned it before and will repeat it again just for clarification, the thing you have pointed will be done soon, but in case anyone having any doubts you are welcome to contact them, and they are more than happy to clarify things. |

So, now instead of answering the previous thing I mentioned, you have went to the license? This is getting amazing moment by moment. This is the thing I pointed in my last post, there is NO STOPPING. If we provide the image, video is asked, if we provide the video, profile is asked, if we provide the profile, something else is asked. The cycle I believe is not possible to stop, because there that's how it's to be done..... The thread was created on basis of IMAGE, we justify it countless times, but unfortunately instead of accepting, this is just going to continue. |

Second Round = License - Are you going to answer the question and provide any evidence? It just gets worse as the level of your game goes up! That's all done from us. We did everything we could to solve the issue and provided everything, but when the moral of the story is to trouble people for sake of your own relevance by keeping such issues on-going, then how will it be solved? So that's all. No further reply. The video is also taken down now, we are simply amazed how Bitcointalk Admin is allowing it. We tried everything, and even followed advice which thought was to solve this issue but it was a mistake to waste time on something like this. We are still open to put up more images or even videos IF it guarantees that this issue will be solved, but if not then this was the final reply here to you, at least. |

I'm not sure why am I being so nice with these people. You know something is fishy when you fail to address simple questions multiple times and resort to ad hominem attacks. That project is nothing more but a little shitty scam. Along with a fake CEO they have plagiarized whitepaper copied from next.exchange:

I think spent a lot of time to design this wesite, now they are accused of fraud, they have spent money on it to scam people but failed, and they are angry about it. Haha.

Bit-Paradise just messed up even the little chance they were given.
I could see it from the ANN maker's bitter responses that something was definitely not right.

Grabbing someone else's photo at the very early stage of development is already a big NO NO to trust a project. Just because they were caught red-handed, they formulate excuses after excuses. Thanks for all these individuals who dedicate their time of seriously digging the facts and sharing it to the community. |

My post was deleted on his thread though -  Interesting to know what their ICO results be? Are they going to hit their targets after getting the red trust? And checking the reference link, the exchange of thoughts are worth reading. It will give you a certain picture what's going on with this project. So are they going to hit the paradise soon or not?
