1、 Huobi will source top non-security blockchain assets worldwide and directly list against “HT” trading pair for public trading;
2、 Huobi will raise the requirements on price limits as well as allocations to list via “Huobi Prime” in project’s community, later multiple entities from the community will join as initial token sellers, including but not limited to project early stage users and private investors etc;
3、 To foster fair price discovery, and to avoid potential risks brought to users by severe volatility, we will introduce “Price Limit”. There will be three “Price Limit” rounds, each having 30 minutes and a price range (Highest tradable price). Users are able to trade in the pre-determined price range. In principle, the highest tradable price shall be no lower than that of previous round;
4、 Projects that list through “Huobi Prime” can enjoy support from:
1） Huobi Global: List against HT trading pair, USDT trading pair, BTC/ETH trading pair;
2） Huobi Korea：List against KRW trading pair, HT trading pair, USDT trading pair, BTC/ETH trading pair;

Eligibility: Threshold to participate in Prime is set to be: daily average holding of 500 HT during 30 days before Prime Trading, considering first Prime Trading getting closer, above threshold does not apply for TOP Network.
