I'm pretty sure apparel stuff would sell the best and would help for gaining attention on bitcoin/bitcointalk

Of course, merit sources would be prohibited from exchanging merits for anything of value. 

Strictly speaking non-merit source members would not be prohibited, but might receive negative trust or some other form of scowling from other members.

They're pretty cheap in large quantities, but for condoms I wouldn't trust some random internet brand.
Pencils are risk free, and can be custom made even cheaper.
