To build such a credible charity program is not that easy,and still, I wonder if some scammer would pretend and trick upon those real kind donnators.That's one of my doubts. And if we sincerely hope to build a valid and fruitful chrity program, I think there are more credible proofs to it.For example, making this program completely clearly and reliable, like the procee of donnation and funding, and the organizor shall be influential indeed.
Anyway, I hope this program posted by Yahoo would work.

Only 2 months left until Christmas, we need some support again.
I'm now planning to go somewhere else to spread the joy and help humanity by giving foods for those homeless people, or making a "Kalusugan ni Juan Project" feeding program on some squatters's area.

Where did I post anything? I have given some advice to the OP but that's about it. All the decisions have been based off of community opinions and internal decisions. No matter what they do, they cannot help everyone, but they are doing some good for some people.

I admire OP on his attitude towards the helpless despite the busy schedule he had in the forum or even outside of the forum. It is not easy I think a bounty manager and at the same time a merit source since he is also active in giving out merits to quality posts.

This is for the sake of transparency, which I really think is kind-of great in a way for the public to know.

For cabalism, I understand keeping a very precise atomization of every expenditure is a big task. Especially since its not something that you are getting paid for.

Recommendation how to interview,

Algo:

1. Set standards.
2. Set questions that would compare response to expectations.
examples:

Ask candidate:

Why should I hire you?
Why should I not hire you?

Ask yourself:
Why should I hire him/her?
Why shouldn't I hire him/her?

Yahoo for example do accept participants basing on his standards/mood/whatever. That is one of the perks of having the "last word".
Just remember we cannot please everybody, although we try to.

That's a very good initiative but wouldn't it be better if you include Pakistan in the list also. Some members from Pakistan are already working for charity collection and distribution on this forum too.

I just thought that in my previous activity, the people who received facemasks actually was relieved to receive it because it's part of the new normal. It's required. There are still many cases daily for COVID-19, so do you guys think it's worth doing?

Based on my observation in a relocation site here in my province, I hate to say it but we can give them everything(alcohol, face-shields, masks) which they will use. Unfortunately, this is not very efficient. Proper implementation and education of the safety guideline(what-to-do, why, what-ifs).

My thinking here is, when there are people who will be given to use something for free, they would use it. Especially if it’s a necessity. So give someone an alcohol, they would use it entirely and maybe support themselves again by buying it because it’s a need. IDRK.

Do you mean that if they were given one, they might not use it the right way? I’m all in for education but just for safety guidelines and protocols? I don’t think so. It’s not going to be effective IMO.

Honestly, I notice to most people that this pandemic is not serious anymore, it seems that they no longer care even though they know there is still a virus.  They are not as scared as before when they started lockdown in places.  I no longer see too much regular use of alcohol even in public places just like in the market.  But for me, that is also a big help to receive a gallon of alcohol because we know that not everyone can afford that.  When they receive such a thing they will think that this problem is not over yet.  I understand @jamyr's concern, maybe we should just remind the people to still follow the health protocols while giving this alcohol, the mask and face shield can still be shared.
