I think the best thing you should do is enlighten your family about how crypto works and the simple steps of creating a bitcoin wallet.
I don't think it would be hard to make this explanation to them since they are your family and are the best people that can understand you when you can tell them about cryptocurrency, or better still you can get a trusted lawyer and give him access to your private key and all the wallet details instruction him/her when the information should actually be released to your family, I think this is the best option for you.
