I discovered a baldness cure

Happened to stumble upon a cure for hair loss during my research.  How do you guys suggest I go about selling this and what price points I should set?  Do you believe people care enough about male pattern baldness that this will be worth selling?

Eh....yeah.  To answer your question, yes there is definitely a market for a baldness cure.  There are only two medications that I know of on the market for hair loss (minoxidil and finasteride), both of which aren't completely effective and have lots of side effects.  

I'm openly doubting you, however.  And without more information about what you claim, I'm going to remain skeptical in the extreme.  I also find it odd that you'd announce this on bitcointalk instead of, you know, talking to a patent lawyer or something like that.

I don't doubt what you say, but what you did isn't a controlled study, nor would it seem to be applicable to people who don't have high A1C or don't need or can't tolerate the keto diet.  What OP seems to be claiming is a general cure for baldness, which would be a nice breakthrough in medicine as far as I'm concerned.  There hasn't been much progress in that area in a long time that I know of, though I've been out of the field of pharmaceuticals for a while.  I try to keep up with new stuff, though, and I haven't read about any new baldness treatments. 

Maybe o_e_l_e_o knows more about this.

Along the same lines as the op I discovered significant hair growth for my self and my hair is less gray then it was.

But this was due to having untreated high blood sugar  which  caused some hair loss and some graying.

When I went on a keto diet  my a1c was reduced from 12.1  to 7.1  with no meds.  Just tons of protein and very little carbs.

My hair growth increased and my hair is more brown then gray.  It used to be more gray then brown.

The keto diet is not for everyone  and you may not get my results.


But if you find you have a lousy a1c number  you could give keto diet a shot with a doctor's supervision

When the younger generation start to experience (it's becoming very common) it way before seniority, the demand for the cure grows.

You could dismiss hairs as dead proteins, but unhealthy lifestyles tend to underlie the balding.

All suffer from the same drawbacks - not that effective, mostly slow things down rather than reverse anything, hair loss returns as soon as treatment stops, loaded with side effects.

As you say, finding a cure for yourself means nothing to the population at large. It could be that your hair loss was due to a biotin deficiency, leading you to think that baker's yeast cures baldness. Or as philipma1957 has discovered, hair loss can be a side effect of diabetes or prediabetes, and controlling your blood sugar can reverse it. You'll need to run a randomized control trial before anyone will take you seriously.

Propecia should never be taken , it can cause permanent health effects on your body.  Brain damage and permanent erection problems, is it really worth the risk?

Products for the treatment of hair loss are very marketable. The premise is that it has a good effect.
I have tried shampoo for therapeutic effects. But the result disappointed me.
I am not a bald head, but I see those bald people, I also have a sense of crisis, especially when I see myself falling hair in the shower.
This is a very large market demand. The shampoo brand I used before, even if it doesn't work well, still has $40 million in annual sales.
So if the future product has a good effect. I believe that you will earn a lot of money.

It is not a big problem.
But it is good to have a beautiful appearance.

If it works then you can go sell it. But, there were a lot of trusted brand for curing baldness. The challenge to you is, prove to us that this kind of experimentation really works.

As a personal experienced I would recommend castor oil one of the most effective and natural way to regrow baldness. I could personally asure the effectiveness of it because it actually regrows my hair.

Well, i personally know a guy who doesn't want to live anymore because he is going bald at an early age, he's now taking antidepressants and is in treatment.
And according to a quick google search i found that there are quite some people who want to die because they're going bald.
It's all about the body and mind balance and some people seem to be more vulnerable to stuff like losing their hair. What a crazy world we live in !

I think if it's a type of cure, you should sell it for the effort in discovering it, but do not make it so expensive, many people may not be able to pay for it afterwards and you have to take into account those people who lack those resources, but who want have hair again.

They still remedy to not baldness happen to you and they have organic that you need to put to hair to grow and that's effective.
But the cure Im not sure. Because my hair is healthy and Im still young so Im not aware about baldness maybe in the future when Im going to 40+ when baldness for men started or hairloss will happen but baldness is genetic and my mother side and father I don't see baldness to my family members.
