Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

I just calculated the net worth of all those who've posted in this thread: 3.14159265 BTC.

Not possible! Mine alone is about tree fiddy.

Mine is negative so it all works out just fine.

I understand that Phinnaeus Gage was making a pie joke, but for me, it was a bit confusing if he was referring to networth based on bitcoin alone or everything.  By the way, some people tell a lot about their stash through their posts, and some people tell a little.

Sometimes those kinds of details can be helpful especially when people, especially newbies might be asking what to do, or at least brainstorming about it.

Just making a lot of posts about various financial matters, bitcoin specifically, sometimes it can be helpful to talk about personal experiences using specific numbers... A funny part might be someone who seems to be trolling or shilling and then suggesting that they are all in or all out, and than you ask them the amount, and it ends up being way smaller than the implication of their first trolling message seemed to suggest.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Yeah but they could easily lie about it too, unless you demand a signed message and even that doesn't prove much. Trolls are trolls for a reason.

Which is why we need KYC with credit check, bank statements, tax returns, the whole thing Wink

Is that enough to get a whole wheat on rye at your local deli?

Don't get me wrong.  I am totally for taking the representations of peeps that I meet through the web with a BIG ASS grain of salt (especially in joke threads, or if there is underlying snarkiness that is meant to be fun), and surely some representations are moar obviously bullshit than others.. and I guess what I am saying that genuine posters will frequently make genuine representations, even if there contains some opsec preservations within those representations.

Which is why we need KYC with credit check, bank statements, tax returns, the whole thing Wink

I applaud you for attempting to stay on topic.   Tongue Tongue         Cheesy

Depending on how long I wait, I can buy the entire local deli + the country around it.

I also filled out KUS. Truth laughed for a long time, but everything was completely filled and sent for review)))

Honestly I write that I believed in the sale of goods for merits.

same here bro, it was just an April fool, I too wanted to fill out the form to enable me keep my signature campaign active at least to the end in other not to loose my position, but reading the form, there were many of them I have no answer to so that made me hesitant in filling the form, I returned later only to discover it was just an April fool....
