Surely it will be used also in my believe but when you say "fully used", how do you really mean? Are you talking in the aspect of total use and fiat will disappear?

I am not considering that it will put fiat away because it has some discouraging factor that can only make it as an option. I'm sure many people wouldn't like a currency that will be highly fluctuating and they can not know their exact worth in minutes.
