There are plenty of reasons you don't need to watch the match you're betting on.

Most of the time I bet on outright odds, they either win or they lose. I don't need to check round by round or play by play to see if anything has changed.

That being said, I think the best way to grab the big bucks is to have a quick finger and be ready to place bets as soon as something changes throughout the course of the match, e.g. if somebody loses a player, or a boxer gets knocked down etc, sometimes it's possible to get a big bet in before the odds are updated.

That being said, I rarely watch live events, and just rewatch them later, so there's no difference to me.

Depending on the sports i do bet on but talking on your favorite sports then most of the time i do tend or like to see it live.Why? You do really enjoy and feel the thrill of

      Yes I like to watch sports especially if I'll make some bet on it and it is also very important so that  you can have a full knowledge of the team  before you put money on it , so aside of making fun of watching , you can generate money out of it .

If its UFC or any MMA promotion yes, same with boxing, I definitely watch those, but in the case of Basketball, football or even tennis, no. I will just wait for the final result. If you have a weak hearts it's recommended that you don't watch the game where you have made a bet, but if you are a healthy guy you don't want to miss the excitement, I always watch the game where I made my bet I'm paying for the chance to win and at the same time to feel the excitement of winning and agonize at losing your bet at that moment.
