BTC transaction confirmed but seeing confirmation increasing !!

Hello Guys,

I am writing to seek your advice about this transaction that I did two days ago which isn't yet completed.
Checking the confirmation status is showing confirmed but the confirmations keep on increasing. for the past two hours the
confirmations have increased from 260 to 271. Is it possible to know the number of pending confirmations so as to know when the transaction will clear.

How can I expedite ?

Who gave you the address?
Were you trying to send Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash?
The website/service/person who gave you the address asked you to send Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash?

I was sending to Skrill e-wallet, where they convert BTC to USD.
Who gave you the address?
It is a wallet that I use normally. the electrum desktop

Skrill through bitpay. Bitpay act as the payment gateway.

It must be the expiration time of the invoice which is 15minutes.
I checked the listed transaction ID and noticed that it got 1 confirmation after 14minutes but Bitpay requires Two Confirmations and the transaction got its 2nd confirmation after 24 minutes.

I see that you've already contacted Bitpay after your last reply.

The number of confirmations will increase every 10 minutes on average for as long as bitcoin exists!
