Indeed almost all crypto gambling site mentions about KYC in their ToS but it is not mandatory, all sites reserves the right to ask KYC if it is really needed to avoid something bad such as money laundering. So how about your plan about this KYC? Will you make it mandatory or you'll just follow other casinos where KYC is not mandatory (applies for some specific cases only)?

You right mate, but those who object to KYC can also choose other sites freely that do not require users to send their KYC to that site. I'm not really sure what do you mean by the bold part. Do you wanna say that trustdice deduct your balance 100 satoshi just for entering the game without playing? Did you try reaching them again many times?

What did you do then? An user complained his withdrawal got pending only because tips from big winner on there. Did you playing from restriction country? Or did you use multiple accounts?
