New exchange hosting an IEO, indeed needs to be thoroughly checked and investigated. Investors should not be carried away by the hype within IEO that they fail to make due analysis on the project they want to invest. Research should always be the first thing to consider before investing in any project or IEO.

Investing in ICO at IEO will not always be worthy and give us profit. One time, there will definitely be a time when we are disadvantaged when investing in crypto. Moreover, when we participate in the IEO in the new and low-grade market, it does not rule out the possibility that the crypto industry like a new exchange and or low-grade exchange that using the IEO tactic to scammed us.

It's no longer far when people will scream and shout what IEO has done to them. It's all sweet and rosy now, people condemning ICOs but sooner or later they will come to realize IEO is no better than ICOs. Investors wshould open their eyes, be smart and enjoy it while it lasts.
yes, maybe now IEO is very popular, but that doesn't make me leave ICO because ICO just needs to be slightly improved and that will make it the best again. therefore he must continue to support ICO by continuing to invest in the ICO because although there are many frauds, there are also many good projects. so I'm sure if ICO will defeat the IEO sometime. |

Randomly putting your money on exchange IEOs is very risky and any one with good business or investment strategy won't do that. Due deligence and research is very important when you're investing even if its big exchange IEO

I don't think all IEOs are worth investing in. It is true that as the OP says, be careful of the IEO at low exchanges. Because not all IEOs will be successful, it all depends on the popular Exchange and the Project must also be seen. If you invest in an IEO at a low exchange, there may be no guarantee that you will get a big profit.

Smart people will use this condition of hype to make profits and they know when to leave the market but common investors will get stucked into the trap then later wait for their tokens price to increase forever. Don't invest on the new projects when you don't know the future of that coin,just buy the altcoin which is here for years. |

I'm agreed with that totally, I can say that it's not only new or small exanges can be scammed, I've already seen scam IEO at LATOKEN exchange, so it probably can be anywhere.

The fact that the ICOs are now promoted as IEOs and pay immense amounts of money to be promoted by prestigious exchanges such as Binance, does not make them better projects than before, so I still see many "IEOs" as mere spurious projects, lacking solid and sustainable projects, and everything seems to indicate that they are no more than the same models as before, designed to enrich a few through false promises of profitability that will never be fulfilled.

Already, many people are beginning to realize that an IEO can cause huge losses just like ICO. Just recently, huge losses were caught by investors in the IEO Ocean on the Bittrex exchange. Will not be willing to invest in the following IEO on this exchange. |

I guess we should treat IEO's and ICO's the same even if its implemented by a new exchange or not. What matters most is that we should research the project first, assess its worthiness and try to figure out relevant factors that are important to a project and see if it meets our expectations since its very important to know that we are investing in a project that could give us a high probability of good ROI's and peace of mind.  |

You have said it all and that's nothing but the truth. I believe at this juncture in the crypto space, investors are ought to wise and learn to stop following hype. Imagine a new exchange hosting an IEO, seriously one needs to be careful on what he invest as most of these IEOs has nothing to offer.

Very well said,they eagerly attached what is trend but did not realize what they could got if they join on it,but i think if they will joined in any IEO‘s they should think many times as well to preventing loses.

Lots of discussions on IEO nowdays, from what I know btt is the most successful projects that profited in millions, still new projects if you wanna go cheap most of your funds are locked for months for gradual releasing, much like stock market, and price seems to impress early and get dying off if the project doesn't achieve anything significant. Scam? I would say overrated as premiums projects

I mean money business is not a joke, that you would invest in an exchange and give your 100 percent trust that your money would give you so much profit. What i like to say is there should always be a 50/50 trust situation and not giving all of your trust to any exchange whereas scam can be practiced.

this is first projects that using IEO scheme in Binance launchpad.and get big successfully.IEO give us more certainity about exchanges or market.its very different with ICO that still unknown when they will listing their token in market. |

of course . that's why there is a saying " invest only what you can afford to loose " because all investments are risky no matter how trusted or secure the company or the project that you will be investing with . and what is the point of investing on newer exchange's ( ieo ) where you can always go for the trusted exchanges ( ieo ) such as binance , kuckoin , houbi and others alike ..... |

IEO is not like ICOs they are easy to spot because if they were listed on some big exchanges there is a higher percentage that the project would be good and no big exchanges out there to sell their names just to scam people. on the other hand, if they were listed on some unknown and low volume exchanges the percentage of it being a scam is also higher.

You already pointed out the most important information about IEO but we cannot say also that all IEO's will likely to fall and will end up scamming.
We cannot blame the project owner if they will likely to launch an IEO upon seeing the others who succeed from it.
They will surely do everything to raise funds. The people that we should blame from it if in case this will continue are the investors who keep on investing even they already know the risk that they are going to face in the future. But we have no power to stop this, what we can do right now is to adapt from it and make it as our advantage to earn some good profit.
