message "this payment has not yet been transmitted"; they invite you to make payment

be responsible for this delay, I don't know who to complain to, I only have the community
interested in Bitcoin continuing to be decentralized.  For this reason if someone can

If you encounter a similar problem in the future, try signing a transaction and broadcasting it manually through services offered by block explorers. Most nodes don't relay transactions with a fee lower than 1 sat/b but that's not the case here. It seems to be a connection issue rather than too low fee.

Thank you very much for answering and clarifying the semantic error that induces me to understand more the subtle details. Bitcoin-core wallett app induces me to increase the network quota for a previous payment in magnitudes of -0.00028725 ; so no more; I in my ignorance interpret that all BTC fractions are represented and are equivalent to satoshi. Can you share the TX id? Judging by your story, it looks like you have sent some BTC and then use replace by fee to increase your transaction fees. It is weird if your tx is not yet confirmed if that really happened.

That address shows as having received no coins on all the block explorers... is that address you were attempting to send coins to from Bitcoin Core? Or is that your address in Bitcoin Core that supposedly contains coins?

This message sounds like you've attempted to create a transaction, but it was refused by the network... so it technically hasn't been broadcast yet and it doesn't exist on any nodes.

If you right click on the transaction in Bitcoin Core, and select "Show Transaction Details"... what does the "Status" line say?

Did you attempt to sweep some coins from a Paper Wallet into your Bitcoin Core wallet? If so, how did you try and sweep the paper wallet? Did you try and use the "Receive" tab?

Fortunately bitcoin-core wallet app has an excellent alternative to do it and is "Convert Paper Portfolio", as simple as receiving but in essence different.

Then you do NOT have a "Bitcoin Core" wallet... "Bitcoin Core" refers specifically to ONE wallet... it is a full node client and it does NOT run on mobile phones.

Ok... knowing it is Bitcoin Wallet for Android, we can try some things... have you tried refreshing the wallet using: "Settings -> Diagnostics -> Reset block chain"

Also, have you made a backup of your wallet file using: "Safety -> Backup wallet"?

Edit: note that you can always import your bitcoin wallet seed (a list of 12 words you're given when you install the app) to another bitcoin wallet so you don't have to use that particular one.

That won't work with Bitcoin Wallet for Android... it uses (encrypted) wallet file back-ups... not 12 word seed mnemonics. However, if you have the encrypted backup file and know the encryption password, there are scripts which will decrypt the wallet file and show you the seed mnemonic contained in it.
