I think the bear is over, despite the mini-slump of the last couple of days. Prices for most coins are well above what they were towards the end of 2018, and in most cases the rises have been steady since then.
There is admittedly still a huge way to go before many coins can think of new ATHs, but we are heading in the right direction now.

Of course, is there any talk about top-rated coins, such as Bitcoin and ethereum, for example, then in 2019 already, revival was noticeable in their pricing.  But but as for the other cryptocurrencies, they are stuck in the same place.  I can not even imagine what should be the growth rate of the cryptocurrency market, so that at least the bulk of cryptocurrency returns to the indicators of the company's ico prices.

In any case, the pricing of certain manits depends not only on the speculative actions of users of cryptocurrency, but also on the developers who have to work on their project and make it popular in society.  This is the way to get people interested and attract more investments to raise the price of one or another coin.

but not for the bad project, because a lot of bad project dead in the bear market

But we cannot analyze data in isolation, if we do that what it is stopping us from just waiting for a day in which the market made a nice recovery and then declare the bear market is over? We cannot only use the last few weeks and tell the bear market is over, if we use the data from the last year then you do not need to be an expert in the markets to tell the bear market is still present and even right now the bears are making an attempt to regain control of the market and it seems like they may succeed.

currently there is a bear market for some coins. well, this is not stable, it might be affected due to a decrease in bitcoin prices, or ETH prices. I'm really sure that next month prices will recover. well, for now, we don't have to be too happy with the price recovery that is happening quickly, but for those who have taken advantage of that moment, they have definitely benefited.

It's to early to say that bear market is almost over infact that increase is just a little bit, you can never expect the movement in just a one week the market will back to 2k or 3k. I can only say that market start the bull run once the value increases to 10K bitcoin price.

This can be considered as recovery caused by there was a lot of pressure to the crypto and bitcoin in the past and we must see another rebound for bitcoin today or next days. Bear market can come anytime and let's prepare for that thing.

The only bear market I am expecting now is for some altcoins and not Bitcoin, isn’t it still clear enough for us to see that we are no longer in red zone anymore? I know we might have some decrease in price because of how volatile the market is, but not so enough to make us go back to bear market, most of the decrease I have been seeing anytime Bitcoin increases is because of the trading acts going on in the market.

Henceforth, what I expect of bitcoin is to strictly revolve around green zone and continue on this bullish part little by little, most of the altcoins that are still in the bear market will just be out too shortly once BTC increase becomes speedy.

If it is over, it is over for at least the top-100 altcoins. They follow BTC, and Bitcoin price can always tell us if the market falls or rises. However, cheap tokens can pump and dump any time.

But not because you earned %100 in your investments meaning the bear market is over in some coins,always remember that without bitcoins growth all will also the same

I don't think the beer market is end because the market is still in the same situation there is no improvement in this market if it was little bit improved also the sudden drop will happened again so it makes me think like the beer market is take sometimes to end.

The price of other altcoins are depending on bitcoin, after the sudden pump that happened recently majority of coins followed thus turns the market into green state.

Well it takes time for the market to recover, you might invest in a coin that give you profit already but it doesnt mean our assets has less demand.

to increase a coin in the market, a utility platform must be increased, such as Binance. if it is not coin utility, they must improve the quality and must cooperate with several large companies. looking for investors and making a lot of inventory on the market.
