It's truth. The true economic experts who say the opposite are just really blind or either trying to win more money by trying to scare people away. You can't really blame them, it's not an illegal strategy as far as i know.

The second one is a pretty interesting idea. We should think about it further. Maybe the top developers could step in and show themselves more if that's what they want. Because to be honest, it's a matter of personal preference though.
