You don't need to think about it seriously, it seems that he isn't serious about developing his Cryptocurrency. You can try to access the website that he provides, you will not find anything there.

Many people can make new tokens, but not many people can develop them into useful and valuable tokens.

if you can learns from history, dogecoin just a meme coin, and now its very popular and many people use it remember , doge doesnt have any future plan for their project when its lauch, but when its start getting popularity, its become top 100 coin on coinmarketcaps, so why not im trying to help him build the project and growing community by doing fun thing like how doge does
