maybe but maybe not the whales. they know what they are doing. this sudden spike is done by someone with no brain. he bought too much of it after he thought its a good thing to trade in cheapest coin with huge volume and suddenly get into it and buy loads of it. while everyone wants to dump all of a sudden for their profit.

didn't know binance listed it yesterday. 

big opportunity for someone who hold it. if i just knew it would be listed on binance I would have bought hundreds of thousands of it and dump right after it got listed. seem a proof that everything binance touches seem to turn into gold.

Coinmarketcap has removed all the data and volume since this issue has appeared. I hope the deposit issue will be fixed soon and we will be able to see markets open on Binance like it performed before experiencing the issue. It has moved from top few markets to last ones but this is temporary and will be over very soon hopefully.

I have same issue. It's been an hour my transfer confirmed but i cant find anywhere in blockchain my tx.

It seems this chain has been broken due to some strange bugs. I think it will take few more time to show on the blockchain so many people have same issue I also suffering with this so we have to be patient.

I suggest holding off until the price settles down (and the wallet/network issues that seem to be occurring are fixed).  With Altcoins their volume is usually so low that investors with 6, or sometimes even 5 or 4 figure amounts of money can unnaturally inflate the price of a coin, then sell to unsuspecting buyers for a sizeable profit.  Sadly that was my first trading experience with Chaincoin, but thankfully I'd made that a small trial run so didn't lose much when the price plummeted.

There has been some progress since last update on reddit by team to stay calm and avoid transaction to not put load on the network which is already experiencing burden of unsolved transactions. I'm not sure that when the price will reach to 1000 sat. But I'm sure that finally its price will over than 1000 sat. ( may be within 1-2 months ).
In year 2016 : price 8 sat.
21/5/2017 : max price ---> 280 sat.
Then this year the price may be more than 1,000 sat. ( a few months from now ).

main thing is...
POLO and BINANCE needed to disable their BCN wallets ASAP when they spoted the transactions are not going through... they failed TO DO AND ANNOUNCE THAT in time. THEY WOULD SAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE A LOT OF MONEY...
