You should have looked for it then.
Here. Not really helpful though.

Does not work on win 8.1 x64. Looks like it is a common problem. Is there a difference between cpuminer and simpleminer in hash rate?

Youre right. this did not really help)) Thanks for attempting anyways.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Why the price is so low ? only 5 Satoshi - that's too little price for BCN.

Hope devs would add some features to make it cooler.

Dont even doubt, my little GreedyBoy) Its already pretty cool and will keep improving.

As I stated in my earlier post, I installed this on a new laptop which I borrowed. After 2 Days the 4GB of RAM were filled up, and Windows8 suggested to close it. Damn, you will need kind of workstation with dozens GBs of RAM if you want to keep this running.

Like this, in my opinion, it is not really inviting or usable for most of the interested people. And I really don´t need this kind of workstation, so it would be kind of "dedicated hardware" again. For me it seems questionable if this coin will be succesfull this way.Anyways, beside of this, it sounds all like a great concept.

To the techies here: Would it be possible that future versions use less RAM?
Or ist that high RAM-usage part of the ASCI-resistance and it will be nothing to to about it?
Looks also to me that the blockchain is somehow using more space than the blockchain of other coins.
Many people are active here in this tread, how many of you are using this coin or have tried to use it?

Sorry for disturbing your conversation and thanks.

I don't know what devs are going to do but I know that they are trying to improve bytecoin - maybe they'd make ver to save memory.
Block chain needs much more space as during one transaction Extra value transaction is added to make it anonymous.

I also wonder if any dev team is going to create it. Whoever would implement GUI wallet and make it open source another coin's devs would add it to their coins.

Agree. Anonymity implies the possibility of fraud

Can't wait for wallet. I need a GUI wallet - having so many issues trying to get wallet working

In a mood to tell my opinion

I think Bytecoin is the tremendous thing to happen to crypto world since litecoin. It's software is on a higher step than other crypto currencies , it's even much more significant than litecoin.

The growing number of "clones" can be a good demonstration of Bytecoin's significance.

Why people need the GUI wallet? Is not the comand wallet enough? Of course the GUI wallet is more user friendly and you do not need daemon but I like the command one.

I like Bytecoin (BCN). BYTECOIN.ORG the best to mine with MinerGate

Yeah, I have been fighting that fight aswell. People are just not willing to learn how to use it. Its crazy simple and really only requires you to type 2 or 3 different commands. I would like to see them continue support for the current set up even if a GUI comes out.
