Also is it necessary to use Blockchain technology for raising ICO investment?
Developers need money to focus on developing their project, that's why they do ico, but projects that are giving up because they didn't reach the softcap is not a excuse to give up the project, anyway those project that gave up will just do a terrible job developing their project, Developers that just continue to develop their project even they didn't reach the softcap will do much better because they are determine and also those who didn't do ico, i don't know how i feel about IEO because projects that did IEO has yet to develop their own project.

I think they are the most efficient system for a new coin to come up that ever existed. Think about it before the IEO started and everyone was still investing into ICO there were a lot of scams, a lot of joke ICO's that actually gathered enough money to change lives and there was a ton of deals, even if there was a legit one there was a big chance they fail and never get listed anywhere important, there could have been a ton of bad things going wrong during the concept stage all the way to getting listed on binance.

Now, all of those are gone, they just do IEO and they are already on an exchange, end of story. That is efficiency and I don't know what is efficiency if that is not it. We at least get to see all of the project in its infancy at an exchange and if we feel like it will fail its on the exchange so we can sell it right away instead of hoping it will get listed before it sucks.

IEO does not mean ICOs are dead. But I prefer to put my money on IOE more than ICO if I can of course. Last IEO was Harmony at the Binance the percentage of the participant is 1/3 of the qualified people.

I think the good IEO is a popular exchange or a big one. For example, if the IEO is done at binance, maybe many people are enthusiastic about investing there. I never want to invest in IEO at a low exchange, because I'm not sure I can make a profit.

Now is the time that the most effective ways can bring zero results. You need to participate as much as possible in ICO to make at least some money.

IEO isn´t efficient? Look at all Binance past IEOs, all of them reached hard cap in few seconds and all of them give a good return to early IEO investors.

In my own opinion, IEO is even more efficient than ICO because a lot of investors tend to trust IEO than ICO. The initial exchange offering makes investors to see the efficiency of a project because they already trust the exchange where the IEO will take place.

Both are have outlived their purpose. I don't see the need for either, what we have witnessed is clever con ICOs and IEOs, most them don't need more than a million dollars to carry on with their project but you see them crowdfunding for tens of millions all in the name of making quick money from investors.

There is no big different between ICO fund raising and IEO its just that IEO tend no to waste time at all,its faster mainly because its been introduced on exchanges

they are enough efficient. especially the ones that launched by Binance Launchpad were really very profitable. And considering that market trend is still unknown, it is a very good sign for the future of IEO's
