I paid in 150 euros yesterday, the network fees were a bit low after which I increased the fees, the amount of 150 euros 2 times has been credited to the account since then I can not pay off Support does not sign up ATTENTION Cry

edit:
You did not understand me. I paid 150 euros and won 260 euros. After that I increased the fee. and have again been credited 150 euros, but I only want to pay my profit, the double amount is still in the account balance.

So, what happend here is similar to a double spend. Whether or not you did it on purpose, the owner's of the site ofcourse have to avoid getting their funds cleared by such an "attack".

Quote
the amount of 150 euros 2 times has been credited to the account

Isn't this obvious to you?
If 300€ have been credited although you just sent 150€, the accusation of a double-spend seems inevitable.

Better reach out to their support to clear things up.

Yes, they are right, but I only paid my winnings, and what was double credited left on account, so I do not understand why I am ignored.

It doesn't matter - you had the opportunity to play with 300$ instead of 150$ hence your risk to lose the whole balance was way smaller than before.

In example: You get a long losing streak so your balance crushes down from 300$ to 100$, but you manage to recover the losses all the way back beyond 300$.
Without this (let's call it) "double-spend mistake", you wouldn't have been able to do so.

For future: If you get credited more funds than you actually sent, don't even start to use this money. Always reach out to the customer support immediately before doing anything else.

Well you missed the fact that you played with the 150€ first.

Still the situation remains the same - it is indeed a very suspicious move. This is the typical method when someone tries to steal money from a cryptocurrency casino.

Why did you raise the fee later? Didn't you know this is going to create a second transaction? Didn't you know that 0-confirmation deposits are vulnerable to such attacks? It is unlikely that this whole situation happened to you accidentally.

If I was the owner of the casino, I would have suspended the withdrawal as well.

Try to clear things up with the owner of the site, but tbh I don't think that you are going to get your funds back.

I do - you just lack the ability to put yourself in the position of others.

Everything is said here, i wish you the best of luck with this case. Cheers!
