I am expecting the status of the documentation to be received from the regulatory authorities to be clarified both legally and financially this week.

Security Tokens are like Participatory Notes, a route and instrument that is used by QFIs (Qualified Foreign Investors) to invest in Indian Companies as of now. Security Tokens are not crypto currencies. This distinction is what needs to be clarified before the issuance of the required document by the Regulatory Authorities. Today is the Independence day in India and a National Holiday. 72 years back on this day the nation got its freedom and every year on this day there are Independence day Parades in the National Capital and in all the State Capitals. Some Updates from Different SWAT Locations:
Today is the start of  the new auspicious month in the local calendar here, during which all good things are scheduled every year.. Events like weddings, Family Functions and other auspicious activities are conducted by everyone during this period. So good things are bound to happen all around.. I am sure this will be a good period for all of us! Some new investments are expected to come in this month from the US and Nigeria because of the efforts of Kevin and Benjamin. Mining Update: The price of ETH has dropped from 230 USD to 183 USD in just a few days. Hence the price of FAT too has fallen in tune with the rapidly falling ETH prices.. On FatBTC while converting FAT to other currencies before withdrawal, it is ideal to check all different markets to get the best price. Holding Company Formation Update:
For the time being I have shortlisted UK as the country for creating our holding company to proceed with the required documentation, based on my initial research and discussions. Though I have received a reply from Tokeny of Luxembourg accepting to help us with launching an STO on their platform if we agree to their terms and fees, I personally feel we need to be loyal to KICKICO for trusting us in the first place and for showing their willingness to wait till the time we are ready with our documentation to run the STO on their platform. Further more they have already mentioned that If we are successful in getting the documentation ready then we will be the first project to launch an STO on KICKICO. Additional information that is important to us is the fact that they are willing to do it free of cost for us! If we are the first STO on KICKICO then my firm belief is that they will take all the necessary steps to make the STO a success so that they will be able to attract more projects in the Future to run STOs on their platform. ICOs are almost non-existent now.. IEOs are a different version of the ICOs and are seen losing their sheen of late. I saw that Vitalik Buterin himself has co-authored the article about Etherueum on Wikipedia, which establishes the fact that there is no conflict of interest about my writing about our SWAT Coin Project. SWAT's History of Stability During External Turbulence: World Crypto Prices are in a turmoil again.

Main reasons - Escalating Trade Wars and Deteriorating Geopolitical Climate, Negative outlook for ETH based on Technical analysis, Pressure on BTC prices due to the Craig Wright court ruling  to settle more than 5 billion USD in BTC mined before 2014, Global recessionary trends sparking flight of smart money to safe havens such as Gold, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, etc. Just cautioning our investors who are holding ETH or BTC in the short run. The strategy of hedging used by several traders during such times is to shift from Crypto to Fiat currencies and the safe havens mentioned earlier. It is imperative for everyone to take effort to read, research and decide wisely on the current turbulent situation while we wait for it to pass and hope for stability to return soon. Got a mail from CoinMarketCap Saying they are changing their methodology of listing assets and reporting volumes on a more transparent and fair manner based on actual liquidity! Guess our strong objection to their listing Libra a non-existent coin has had an effect! Though we are not listed on CMC they had the decency to send a mail to us based on our earlier interaction with them. They have mentioned this in the mail saying they have our request to list on their database even now. As per their criteria for listing we need sufficient volumes per day on just 2 Exchanges listed on CMC on a consistent basis. We are already on 4 CMC listed Exchanges p2pb2b, FatBTC, EtherFlyer, Coinlim.. We just need a combined volume of 1000 USD and above on all these exchanges to get listed on CMC..
