I noticed the vast vast majority of my deleted posts are actually legit and truthful defences with the observable evidence to substantiate my claims... posted usually in defence of attacks from scumbags like you OR presenting valuable background material in discussions regarding TRUST. Hence why we need to debate is it optimal or even irresponsible to hide relevant facts when discussing TRUST. This is especially important when people make false allegations or even statements that they offer no grounding for when discussing trust or the actions to be taken for people considered "by them" to be untrustworthy or deserving of punishment. Surely we can not allow people to tell lies and make false allegations without being able to challenge them. I don't want to have turn into a snitch yuck.

Yes there could be some debate that 2 and 3 could be merged. I had considered this. However I want to draw a distinction between double standards (people who are knowingly advocating different actions for the same "crimes") and those that are not knowingly doing so because they are not privy to prior instances that have set a precedent. If they must be merged then that is fine but I feel that there could be lots of discussion to drill down on both scenarios and the appropriate natural flow. There needs to be clear definition and guidelines. Where clarity is of paramount importance then eliminating any elements that could cause confusion is important. If someone feels the need to merge them then I will not fight it since there is a slight crossover.
It should be noted that my hostility or politeness depends on if I am being attacked or sworn at/ disrespected myself or people are supporting those attacking me and egging them on and meriting their groundless false accusations. I would not believe you would find me being super hostile to anyone that had not first been super hostile to me or had tried to join in with others that are falsely accusing me of being in the wrong when their arguments will not stand up to scrutiny and they know this.
