Yes, you should post so that people can stay away from that person though only foolish people will trade with that person. Even after making more awareness. Also, you have not mentioned from where you received that bitcoin wallet id. |

Can you search with bitcoin wallet id and see if it belongs to a scammer?

S/he has not posted this bitcoin wallet id I saw only 1 which you have posted. Scammer always tries to trade out of bitcointalk and they do not/do not want to make any reference on bitcointalk. |

I doubt there will be any resolution. OP got scammed plain and simple. Anyway, I am gonna leave a tag too. Sorry for your lose OP. I hope you learnt your lesson now. Always use escrow. |

It's not the end of the world. We are here to find out what happened, so if there are false accusations, the feedback will be removed, but we need proof. I would like to have MiLkz here as well so we can hear his story. Our effort here is to keep the community safe of scammers, so every case needs individual approach. I don't like tagging people even if it might looks the other way. |

Are you seriously gonna claim you did not scam me out of $150 for GC? The moment I paid you your account was no longer there and all my chat history with you were gone. I do have both the transactions I sent you money on. I really wish I had taken screenshots but I had no idea telegram messages can be removed. Yesterday after I paid you, all the conversation in telegram disappeared, then I could not find your account and you had locked your thread. Then today I see you are back on the telegram, replying to my post and calling me a liar. |

Here I am sitting and more I type the more stupid I sound.
I don't know how my telegram chat was deleted but I know I was talking to you on the telegram. I only have 2 transactions I sent you money via bitcoin.
If that was not you then I don't know who scammed me. I really wish I had taken screenshots.
Mod's is there any way I can prove I dealt with him if I don't have telegram conversation. I was using Telegram Desktop client but I have tried everything and cannot find any way to recover.
I have no clue how someone can delete the chat hist for both parties.
I will close the thread and remove the accusation if I cannot prove myself but please be careful dealing with him.
The only thing I have is they Bitcoin I sent him. 2 x $75 transactions.
If that is not enough please let me know and I will remove this accusation and the more I fight this the more stupid I look.
I have already blamed myself enough for dealing with him and losing my money.

1) I have no idea if this thread is a legit scam report.
2) I have stated multiple times that Claudia may or may not be a scammer. The only thing that is 100% clear is that he sells stolen/scammed gift cards. That is what I expressed in my many posts inside his selling thread.
3) My initial trust rating stated he was just selling stolen/scammed gift cards. I updated that negative trust for Claudia adding that he was a scammer after he left fake trust claiming I was one.
4) I have no alts.
Bottom line..
I have been dealing with gift cards for awhile and I overlook a lot of things I see on this forum, but when people are selling those scammed gift cards I like to call them out, especially ones that claim they are "legit" right in the thread title. These scammed gift cards come from defrauding people, mainly the elderly, and I believe that to be horrible.
These fraudsters obtain the gift cards through IRS, craigslist, fake virus, and other similar scams. They force their victims to go to stores, purchase these cards, and provide the codes/take pictures.
This claudia may be completely legit and never intend to scam and he may very well just be a reseller, however, he is contributing to a major problem either way. The original purchasers are not the only victims. Buyers can also get in trouble for using the cards if they are reported stolen. It may happen rarely because the victims are not too "smart" to begin with, but it can happen.
I am glad claudia plans to leave this forum. A mod should delete his thread so no one will contact him in the future.

I am glad claudia plans to leave this forum. A mod should delete his thread so no one will contact him in the future.
What will be the loss for us (for the community) if anyone creates 1000 account and then got negative trust each day and then tell s/he (they) will leave; what will happen, any loss?? |
