I still have some funds over at havelockinvestments.com
However their support email address returns a generic error, and all withdrawal requests never complete.
I assume this is something I can not do anything about?

Ah. People still remember good ole Havelock Investments platform.

I found the site after Mt.gox went down...

Made quite a bit off those mining projects before everything collapsed on that site.

But it seems that in crypto, all good things come to a quick death...

That's why it's important to understand the motivations of people offering such opportunities in crypto.  People out to make fast money in crypto are here to separate you from your funds.  Much better to find projects motivated by trying to change the world or show proof of a new concept for doing things.  Havelock was a money grab from the beginning, charging issuers to list there.  Not much different from exchanges doing the same with altcoin listings, a practice only recently looked down upon.  Unfortunately, a majority of projects seeking funding aren't going to pay for that right, while scammers looking to run off with a quick buck will line up to do so.  That is why surviving the test of time is such an outstanding achievement in crypto that is rarely reached by those starting new projects.

This is in fact the sad reality and you said was right only a few do able to reach up the finish line or the ones who had followed their roadmap and for those who believe or who do invest will surely pays-off. Think long term if we do like to succeed but majority do really love to have that quick and easy money making methods which arent sustainable for long term aspect.Only a few do survive and majority of them do bite on the dust even just launching on their first month.

No idea if this helps anyone here.

Havelock was associated with Crypto Panama.

Crypto Panama was associated with several exchanges that 'blipped' during that time.

Decent writeup here: https://decrypt.co/6824/crypto-capital-follow-up-article
