I mean chip that used in Antminer L3+.

Those chips are BM1485 but i'am not sure.

Why are you asking it in the bitcoin hardware section? Wrong area.

Go to the altcoin section ---> Mining (altcoins).

There is an existing L3+  thread by Bitmain where you can ask your questions, no need for a new thread.
