There's nothing more happier than seeing your bitcoin price going up!

I still remember seeing my bitcoin price going up in the late January, 2017 - that's was my first bitcoin investment. During the mid January 2017, the bitcoin price take a dive from $1,200 to $965 and that was my entry point and I sold them later when the bitcoin price reached $2,700 around June /July that same year. It was my first Bitcoin investment though, but I still remember the joy and happiness of that time - it's an unforgettable moment of my life.

I find that dettatching my happiness to the results of my investments helps me to invest better.

I try to approach investing in a way that it's not either good or bad, it is what it is.

this helps me not to get euphoric when things are going good and not to get sad or panic when things are sinking.

My first bitcoin invest was back in 2016 when I bought 2BTC it was around $400-$500 at the time. I decide to take a break in this forum and go on with my life. Fast forward to December 2017 a friend asked me If I still have bitcoin and said that I did and he told me that bitcoin had a bull run and its price cost thousands of dollars. I manage to profit a lot with the bull run and that was the happiest investment I ever made.

Just a couple thousands in my local currency. Does it make me happy? Not really. In fact I feel a sting when I remember I wasn't able to sell most of it during the ATH and that I have to take out some later when the rate was lower. So now I no longer check the price as often.  Some degree of ignorance really is bliss.

People who bought bitcoins for 10k 15k 20k are still far to be happy. It surely gives them a little hope but they shouldn't have any in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises and disappointment. And I think all these people will liquidate all their coins as soon as they reach their BEP and will leave without ROI, or at least won't continue with the same risk level.

First time i get bitcoin on 2015 when i do some small jobs for and i was very happy, when i see how it works and i was excited and after some time i start invest on i was happy when the price goes up on last bull run and i sell some % of them.

Many people that bought BTC for 1$ or even less were happy to sell it for 10$. x10 profit seemed incredible for them and people were hurrying to fix their profits. There was even some tweets where people were regretting about selling BTC at 10$ because later it became 18$. Actually, that is why it is very hard to find any of the early adopters.
Anyway, all of the forum users have at least some BTC in the wallet and any price growth brings us some money. The problem is that the price is not always growing.

For I already experienced both, having profit and having miserably lost. Back then when BTC is still high, I have decided to make an invesments on trading, and just for a short time it gives me a lot of profit, by that time I was so busy at work and at school I just decided to withdraw my profits and hold my invesments for a little longer.

Back then, when I was about to comeback BTC has fallen, and my altcoins lost its value. Good thing I already had a profit, its not that big but I suppose its pretty like a gamble.

I agree completely, there are a ton of people just praying that they will be able to break even.  This bull run will have a lot of dumpers compared to the last one.  

No matter what I do I always have a tendency to wish I did things better, hindsight can really mess with your mind and you start wishing you sold later or bought in at a different price.

It feels good to see the value of your BTC going up, but I'm not particularly euphoric. I'm holding bitcoin not because I expect to get rich or because I want to cash out huge profits in the long-term, I'm holding Bitcoin because I wanted absolute control over my wealth, I wanted a big part of my money outside of the hands of the system. Objective achieved, cashed out my initial investment a long time ago, now I'm just here enjoying the ride, sometimes hoping that we never touch 4 digits again even though it's extremely unlikely that we'll see those numbers in the future.

That is the most joyous moment to see your investment grow in price because only then you will start calculating your profits, and not only bitcoin but all the other portfolio's you holds, I was over excited when the price of my coins start appreciating at that point my hope will start rising with high expectations.

My real bitcoin investment started in the beginning of 2017, real here means that I spend the money from my real job salary. I bought few BTC's when it was around $800-$900, I could sell at when the price was aroun $8,000 only as I did not think that it would go higher than that. When the price up to $10k I decided buy again but not as much as what I bought previously, surprisingly the price was still going up and I sold it at $15k and a bit regret as the price went higher but at least I have made some profit already. Of course it is a happiness to see bitcoin price going up.

For people who start bitcoin investments before 2017, they may have felt happiness as you experienced. However, for people who start investing at the end of 2017 or early 2018, they have not yet felt the happiness of a bitcoin price increase because they have not found a price increase since the end of 2017. These people are starting to despair and their hopes are in the current condition when prices began to recover.

I also like you that we can feel happiness from the increase in the price of bitcoin at that time.

Of course, my BTC investment made me proud, even in the recent time. A few weeks back I purchased BTC in around 3300-3500, sold some at 4400 and 4600. I'm not a day trader, but when see BTC price down, I purchase it, cause I believe the price will rise and every time it did. So, I'm happy with BTC when goes green

At least it is starting to grow a little bit despite the price of Bitcoin before. Who is not happy enough to see their investment growing? And that would surely be a profit in the future. We will have to wait a little more to finally see the real price of Bitcoin when the bull market starts. For the meantime, we just have to hodl it first until we see the market moving up to the moon.

It's common that people will be happy (obviously) once bitcoin price goes up. But it's way more interesting if while bitcoin price is going up, you will really feel the advantage and "rewards" by having lots in the stash and not just stuck in a fixed quantity.

What matters to me is  continous accumulation whatever the price is.

Well then, just enjoy the current trend. This price increases really spoiled the possibility of more dip after idling at the price of $3,+++ range for several months. But remember that don't closed the doors yet for the possibility of having a downtrend that may happen anytime.

Why does everyone talk about improvement? Crazy will be a big advantage, indeed Biycoin is crypto which is very good for now at a very extraordinary price after going through several market conditions, it is not easy to achieve a good increase because it requires a very strong effort from outside investors, not in vain - keep this pleasure because we will see the next pumping.
