Since wala tayong sort of chat room dito sa Bitcointalk, naisipan ko lang gumawa ng Discord channel para saatin dito. Pang chill/tambayan lang natin. Nothing too serious for now; pangkatuwaan lang. 🇵🇭 Rules for now: 1. Be respectful.

Isa ito sa magandang paraan upang mabilis nating matulungan ang ating mga kababayan na nangangailangan ng tulong tungkol sa mga inpormasyon sa Crypto, dahil dito hindi na nila kailangan pang maghintay ng matagal para masagot ang kanilang mga katanungan, dahil kung sino man sa atin ang makakaonline at nagkataon na alam yung tanong nila ay agad2x itong masasagot. magandang Idea nga to para sa atin din to.

Once na makadownload ako ng Discord, probably makakasali na din ako sa chat. Tanong lang, may official discord chat ba ang Philippines? Yung may kasama na mods or DT?
Wala boss. Naghahanap ako last week pero wala. So naisipan ko nalang gumawa. |

This is quite nice idea to gather all fellow Filipino members of this forum. Kaso nga lang bakit Discord? Sorry no offense kabayan, kaya siguro konti pa lang ang sumasali dahil hindi sya masyado popular na messaging app (tama ba?), miski ako hindi ako pamilyar dito  . Mas maganda kung FB group na lang kasi sure naman ako na almost lahat ng members dito ay may FB account. Nevertheless, helpful to kasi meron na tayong way para mas magkamustahan pa ng less formal at parang tropa tropa lang  . |

I don't think a Mod will join us, but a DT might be, but the fact theyoungmillionaire is currently busy, maybe he can't for now. By the way, we have an active community on telegram (more likely Bitcointalk Users) you can also join us we have a lively conversations I hope you can join us too. (Actually this is the group that I made for the Charity, Pero naisipan ko na baguhin na lang and turn it into a filipino community) Although its not a bad Idea to have a discord group, but considering the amount of people who're using it is still low compared to telegram. Although its not a bad Idea to have a discord group, but considering the amount of people who're using it is still low compared to telegram. (it has been suggested also way back last year but I really hope na magiging buhay ito ngayon)
Oo nga eh, I'm using telegram more than using discord, wala kase ako masyadong alam sa platform na to. |

I used both Discord and the suggested Telegram by others. Mas convenient gamitin si Telegram if the purpose is to chat. May mga additional features lang si Discord. But since gaming kami, mas ok ang Discord at gamit ito ng mga gamers at gamers kuno for a long time na since puwede mag established ng meeting dun agad2x. Useful sa pag organized ng mga clan. Much lighter than Facebook messenger and much better Telegram. I will joined by the way. Wala namang kaso sa akin if Discord at Telegram.

Maganda to para sa mga gusto magtanong at makatanggap ng mabilis na responde sa mga marurunong natin nagbibitcointalk dito sa forum. Kinakailangan lamang na ito ay mapanatiling disiplinadong group para maging maayos ang pagtatanong at pag kuha ng sagot.

Nice ayos to, mas maganda yung nagkakausap-usap yung mga crypto enthusiasts (sharing knowledge and etc.). Konti na nga lang tayo sa larangan na ito kaya dapat magkaisa na din tayo. Hopefully after this magkaroon tayo ng meet-up para mas makilala pa ang isat isa.

I think this could be one of the official Discord Chat groups for the Local board of the Philippines and make it as a Go-To ng mga newbies. Mas mabilis makakareply (kung may online) then pwede tuloy tuloy yung usapan. At least makakabawas sa spam dito sa local board at hindi na paulit ulit yung post dito sa forum. At least kung interested talaga dun sa sagot sa question nila, aalamin nila through chat in the Discord Group. Naisip ko lang naman.

Pretty much. The goal is mejo para may mas "casual" na communication platform tayo; also for slightly off-topic discussions, dahil ang local forum natin dito ay only bitcoin and altcoins specific. The discord group is also for casual off-topic conversations na rin. |
