I also recommend using a trust wallet, I think of a wallet with an advantage where we don't have to look at ethereum gas.  once sent you will be directed to the destination address and ethereum gas

those aren't wallets but clients. the way you're getting the access to ethereum blockchain via those clients matters. hardware wallets are the best one.

For ETH and tokens, I have used MEW earlier. But for a long time, I began to use software from MyCrypto.Com project. It's a fork from main MEW developers  But now I think their MyCrypto wallet is more user-friendly than MEW. Imho but I change. And Metamask is secondary as extension

I choose almost them. Like Mycelium, Electrum, Exodus, Jaxx, Mist wallet also. And Myetherwallet and Metamask is always boss for software wallet. Mycelium wallet almost great when I used it. It is very easy to use on mobile device. And If you need for desktop, then you can use Mist or Exodus.
