Historically, there have been guys that bought at any price and as long as they errored on the side of buying and holding, they ended up doing quite well, so the further back you go, the better off the guys did, especially when they got started early and consistently, persistently, ongoingly, regularly and perhaps even aggressively bought bitcoin.
Waiting for dips that may or may not end up happening has been (and will likely continue to be) an inferior approach to bitcoin accumulation.
Investors who buy bitcoin only when it's dip may not build their portfolio as they should have because the approach they are using to accumulate bitcoin is not the appropriate way to accumulate and build their portfolio. I think investors who are serious and committed in growing their portfolio wouldn't wait for the dips that they are not sure will happen but rather they will buy bitcoin consistently and persistently with the DCA strategy using their discretionary income and hold for the long-term. An Investor who has accumulated greater stash of bitcoin in his portfolio might as well just focus on buying only in the dip since he has already achieved his bitcoin target but not for an investor who just got started who hasn't accumulated alot. So the DCA strategy is the best strategy that he should be using to accumulate consistently, persistently using his discretionary income to build his portfolio to achieve his target. Using DCA method is the best way for every investor who wants to achieve their goal without any stress, but no matter how you said and try to make some individual understand they will not believe you, because they think waiting for the price to drop before they buy is the best way, no one is against buy the dip but we should know that we can not rely on the method, buy the dip is an opportunity for every investors, not a good method for buying bitcoin. From my understanding, those who only buy when the price drop are not buying bitcoin to hold for a long time, most of them only want to buy when the price drop and sell when the price rise and earn a profit, they are the ones that get panic and sell their bitcoin when the market is not going the way they expect it. There is a level you will get to in your Bitcoin accumulation that is reaching your Bitcoin over-accumulation even if you don't want to DCA again you can be accumulating Bitcoin when there is Dip which is your decision to stack more Bitcoin at a price drop, and also sell some Bitcoin if the price increase to make some profit if be need and still be holding your asset. Any one who is still starting there Bitcoin journey new should not be waiting for the Dip to accumulate because, the Dip you are waiting for you don't even know if it will come or not or your need of price may not still come so why not just be regularly accumulating Bitcoin with the DCA strategy by this it has even save you the stress of waiting for what may not take place.

I don't regard anyone that is investing aggressively all the name of getting quick money, they usually called themselves traders but to me they are not because they are acting like a gambler, only gamblers that aggressive in getting quick money. Take your time to invest in bitcoin with the right mindset and also with the right funds, having the best strategy is also very important, which a lot of people are not concentrating on that part just because they believe that bitcoin is a getting rich scheme.
Buy aggressively is never a bad choice but it depends on the purpose of your purchase, if it is for holding I will say that you have done a very great job for yourself, I recommend it to anyone who want to invest in Bitcoin should make sure they use every opportunity to accumulate more Bitcoin with a very positive mindset.
This is where they make a mistake. Bitcoin is not a way to get rich overnight. Investing today and expecting to double your profits within a few days cannot be called an investment it is nothing more than uncontrolled risk or gambling. There is a specific process for building real wealth. The reality is that the hope of very fast abnormal profits in any asset means that there is a huge invisible risk hidden there. Most of those who see Bitcoin in this light get out of the market at the first push. It takes time to build real wealth. The real power of Bitcoin lies in its long term volatility and network growth which is not a matter of short-term manipulation. Those who enter with the hope of doubling their profits very quickly, sell them in panic at a loss as soon as the price drops slightly. Because they have no long term plan or vision. Rather than pouring a large sum of money into it today it is a hundred times more effective to allocate a small portion of your discretionary income every month or week with a calm mind and build an emergency fund along with investments. Those who have the mindset of surviving in a cycle of at most 4 to 10 years are not disturbed by market fluctuations. Because they know that in the long run, the rules of the market win. The rush to get rich will only push you towards financial losses. But with proper risk management discipline and trust in time, Bitcoin can create a solid financial foundation for you.

No i don't accept this investing aggressively does not mean those people are in for quick profit in the market i want you to know that investing in bitcoin aggressively isn't a wrong thing to do sometime investors front load their bitcoin investment by buying bitcoin aggressively where it's wrong when it is overly do that is when you are overly investing aggressively in a way that you are now using money that is kept for other basic needs maybe because you want to take advantage of the dip then it's bad.
I think there is nothing wrong on aggressive buying sometimes people chase quick money it is a method to take advantage of the right entry, especially when the dip is high the problems here is understanding out our own limits a good investors will deliberately keep their eye on very market sometimes those method become very bad when we invest beyond our rich or beyond our financial ability. Buying aggressive is recommendable for a bitcoin investor but how you do it matters a lot. If you’re buying aggressively without having emergency funds or making use of money for basic expenses then it’s a very risky move and it’s ill advised. I know that dip prices might make investors want to be more aggressive to gain better yields but that shouldn’t be the case, having the mindset of buying aggressive by price movements may likely put you under unnecessary pressure to buy even when you don’t have enough discretionary funds.

No pressure, no hasty pushes, investing within your means, and gradually building your portfolio and back up funds simultaneously. Aggressive buying should be done at ease and if you have the financial power. No pressure please.

I agree with your main point that there should be no competition in Bitcoin accumulation and one should not buy beyond one's means. However, I think that the issue of "aggressive buying" needs to be looked at a little differently here. Buying more Bitcoin does not mean buying in a hurry or beyond one's means. If any of us has a good income, some money left after expenses and some backup money separately for emergencies, then he can buy a little more Bitcoin according to his ability. Here, it is not the case that one should buy more just because the price of Bitcoin has decreased. Rather, it is more important to make a decision based on one's income, expenses, and the excess money in hand. What I mean by this is that one should first understand one's financial situation and then determine how much Bitcoin one can buy accordingly. The main goal should be to accumulate Bitcoin from discretionary income as effectively as possible according to one's situation, without competing with others.

I like the general idea of your mansion example, because in Bitcoin investment, many people start comparing themselves to others as if there is a leaderboard of who bought more sats. One person's discretionary income is $20 per week. Another's $500 per week. Another's $2,000 per week. I don't understand why the first person would think he is unsuccessful when he sees the second person. If $20 per week is the amount of discretionary income according to his current circumstances, then he should start with $20. If he puts pressure on the needed money to buy $100 because someone else is buying $500, that will never be good, but it is ignoring his own financial reality. Aggressive buying does not necessarily mean buying a huge amount. Aggressive relative to your own capacity. However, you should never invest in bitcoin in an overly aggressive way. You should not do it even by following others. And if the back up fund is strong, it is advantageous to hold bitcoin investment for a long time.

Being aggressive isn't the problem, if you can keep your aggressive within your discretionary income in a way that it won't affect you in any negative way then you can definitely choose to be aggressive, the problem is that most people can be aggressive and forget that they still have their backup funds to set up, those who have already set up their backup funds also forget that their discretionary consumptions are still there as well, you can't just pour everything into bitcoin and ignore other things you need the money for, you definitely won't be able to keep it up for long. You can be aggressive after being careful about your finances, the mistake will be when you decide to make aggressive investments with money beyond your means, then such a decision will only cause financial distress, because first of all you will not be able to hold the required money for the long term, and this is why the possibility of losing your investment due to short-term volatility will be very high. So before being aggressive, you should definitely pay attention to your other financial conditions, ensure your financial security and then decide to be aggressive. greed will never let you make the right decision, greed will always make you make the wrong decision, because usually people decide to make aggressive investments with money beyond their means after being greedy.

Although, there definitely were some lucky people who bought the DEEP during 2011, 2015, and 2018. Those people are now no longer plebs.
Those who bought or deposited Bitcoin at that time owned at least a million dollars, those who could not do this now regret it and often say that if they had saved Bitcoin then, they could have done much better today. Although that's true, there's always a non-zero chance for Bitcoin to surge to a seven digit valuation per coin after we saw how it surge to a six digit valuation, THEN probably the possibility of a surge to an eight digit valuation per coin? THEREFORE, buying the DIP today when it's trading near/under its 200-Weekly SMA Line during the Bear Cycle will be seen like when it was 2011, 2015, 2018 for us today, no?

Why do people make bitcoin look like its a do or die affair? So many people have gone to the length of borrowing money to invest in bitcoin and the reason is mostly because of what people are saying about it or what is seen on the internet. Bitcoin investment does not have to feel like a punishment, sacrifice should be made from a place of self awareness and contentment, no pressure whatsoever. This is a misconception that some people have about bitcoin which is the wrong approach to a healthy investment. Bitcoin is a safe investment when considered for long term but could be risky when considered for short term, so the mindset of an investor matters a lot in every investment. It does not matter how much time has gone before investing, it is important to have the right mindset before starting a bitcoin investment journey, have a plan in mind and exercise discipline on every phase. Bitcoin investtment journey is not an easy journey that comes with ease but would require patience and discipline to withstand the greens and reds of every season. It is better to start off late with the right mentality than rushing into investing and pulling out at the slightest pullback.

It's not good to delay your investment or wait to have the right mindset before starting your investment journey. This is because no one comes into Bitcoin figuring it all out, the more you stay in the market, the more you learn from both your experience and that of others on how best to treat your portfolio and sustain your investment. Waiting to learn it all isn't a good strategy, it's best you start as long as you've discretionary income and know how to buy, you can continue learning along the way as you commit to buying and holding Bitcoin. Mistakes are part of the journey, the fear of making mistakes should not stop you from starting, the more you make errors, the more you learn from them and seek better ways to manage your cashflow and invest rightly, failure to start early might mean you missing out on nice buying opportunities that would've seen you get ahead in your accumulation journey.

You are right. Bitcoin should never be invested with a do or die type mindset. One should not go beyond one's financial capacity due to social-media pressure or FOMO, and accumulation should be such that the investor can survive psychologically and financially for a few years. And buying bitcoin with a loan is a mistake only when one takes a loan and the repayment of which depends on the increase in the price of bitcoin. If one has financial capacity, if discretionary income is generated after spending, then should invest in bitcoin only with a long-term mindset and if he has the right mindset and does not change the decision depending on the price, it is possible to accumulate for a long time. And if one wants to invest aggressively in investment, it is his personal matter. A person can accumulate Bitcoin very aggressively and there may be no problem in that if that aggressiveness is from his actual discretionary income . However, the practice of doing dca should be done in a way that does not allow you to FOMO in a bull market, does not force you to panic sell in a bear market and does not make you forget your financial reality by seeing other people's excitement.

At the very beginning, the investor can start with an amount that is comfortable for him. And he can stay with that amount for a few weeks while he learns more about Bitcoin investing. If he can spend at least 1-3 hours per week researching Bitcoin, it will make a big difference compared to someone who may not have time to research Bitcoin. It may be necessary to allocate some time and it is better not to take any shortcuts by thinking that he knows enough. If he starts with a small amount, he will not be able to increase the amount until the investor reaches a higher comfort level. This comfort may be necessary for his own cash flow. Just as it is not a good strategy to sit around waiting to know everything, it is also not wise to start investing without understanding anything.

I agree with you that meeting the family's needs is the most important thing, I think that if you are thinking of doing something good in the future, the money that is left after meeting the family's needs should be invested in Bitcoin. But if you're single with NO responsibilities,
No one understands the true meaning of marriage until they get married. Single life is much more joyful and hassle-free. AND you're under thirty years old, THEN you as a PLEB could be more CARELESS and use ALL of your extra savings to buy Bitcoin, leaving merely three months worth of expenses in your fiat savings account.
Usually, before the age of 30, emotions work very much in people, which in many cases makes people reckless. Although a few people can control them, in most cases people can't control them.

Bitcoin investment does not have to feel like a punishment, sacrifice should be made from a place of self awareness and contentment, no pressure whatsoever. You’re right people shouldn’t see bitcoin investment or any other investment as do or die affair!. That’s why we keep advocating for people to invest and accumulate bitcoin within their means using only discretionary money.
You talk about misconceptions but then there are some in yours here. Investing in bitcoin for the long term doesn’t guarantee 100% that it’s safe, tho planning for the long term is more favourable and better than the short term. Another is you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, once you have discretionary income sorted out and have decided to invest, you can start small while you keep learning about bitcoin until you’re comfortable to increase your investment size. The reason is so you don’t keep procrastinating in the name of getting the right knowledge and mindset.

True, but so will every other buy that happens within this period, running from the last ATH to this very moment and to probably a bit further into the future. This doesn't mean people should start buying with whatever they have without care from how they will be affected if they put that money into something like bitcoin and that's why even with potential promises like this one, people should still make sure to buy bitcoin from their discretionary income so they won't be compelled to sell prematurely.
Although you're right, but that's a different discussion for a different topic. If you have responsibilities, like a family, your children, and other sorts of responsibilities that require more financial importance than denominating that money in Bitcoin, THEN you as a PLEB should fulfill those responsibilities FIRST. But if you're single with NO responsibilities, AND you're under thirty years old, THEN you as a PLEB could be more CARELESS and use ALL of your extra savings to buy Bitcoin, leaving merely three months worth of expenses in your fiat savings account. It's good that you pointed out them already having at least 3 months worth of emergency fund saved, someone who's done that will be more likely to become aggressive in their investment then someone who hasn't. I do think that this level of aggressiveness will not last for very long, 100% means that your discretionary consumptions will be sidelined and maybe you can do that temporarily but to do it continuously will not be easy, maybe you can do it but the same cannot be said for everyone else.

There is no need for the pressure, no competition, no fight for supremacy between anyone in Bitcoin investment. It is something personal and you bear the risk personally too.
Do I pursue for a two storey mansion when I cannot afford a single room apartment? Investment deserves peaceful approach. No pressure, no hasty pushes, investing within your means, and gradually building your portfolio and back up funds simultaneously. Aggressive buying should be done at ease and if you have the financial power. No pressure please.
Dude no investment is safe, not even bitcoin, why do you think it is always emphasized that person should invest with what they can afforded to loose? There is not actual guarantee that you will make profit even when you invest for a cycle and more. Have that in your mind to avoid investing in bitcoin with an unrealistic expectations. Also person don't need to have everything figured out before you starting. Investing with the right mindset is good, but there is no guarantee that you will have the right mindset when you are in greys, this is what makes waiting simply like gambling. Because you don't even know what will become tomorrow. You can even wait till you become old, and in that old age you may have other responsibilities that may not allow you to have discretionary income to ongoingly invest. Tomorrow is uncertain, this is what make waiting a very dumb idea. We learn everyday by day, and the more learned you become in bitcoin the more you can learn and build up a right and long time mindset. So quit delaying, as there is no guarantee that you will have the right mindset when you become stricken in age

True, but so will every other buy that happens within this period, running from the last ATH to this very moment and to probably a bit further into the future. This doesn't mean people should start buying with whatever they have without care from how they will be affected if they put that money into something like bitcoin and that's why even with potential promises like this one, people should still make sure to buy bitcoin from their discretionary income so they won't be compelled to sell prematurely. Bitcoin is not a competition, it will naturally fluctuate. If you analyze the price fluctuations from ATH to today, the best investment strategy for an investor is DCA. You need to be constantly buying if you have the available funds. As you recommended through discretionary income. The main point is that you need to increase your Bitcoin holdings over time. You need to gain financial strength as you try to increase cash flow, you need to accumulate Bitcoin through discretionary income. The issue of probability must be taken into calculation because it is not easy to accurately predict what will happen in the future. Through discretionary income alone, you will sometimes not be able to have a mentally comfortable period in accumulating Bitcoin because to go to the overaccumulation stage, you will have to make buy Bitcoin through lump sum. Keep additional reserve funds available for that period and consider the period of price decline as the appropriate time.
