Looks like it will not be an easy job for fb as governments and regulators will ask for all the transactional data from fb so that they can tax their residents on the transactions taking place through fb coin, in other words if fb has to come up with its coin i fear they will have to do complete kyc and also keep all the data to keep compliant with the regulators.

It's not. I believe the regulators have been putting a very strict requirements for facebook but I doubt if facebook can fill all of orders that created by US law makers.
this is a difficult deal when we take a look at how kikico was wasting million dollars to for nothing to deal with SEC.
