If you are trying to join with this account you will not succeed, first because you can't use signature, in the forum it is only from Jr Member and above, second the campaign is for Sr, Hero and Legendary Members ...

If you want to join any signature campaign, then make sure you read the rules first before you applied for it. Seems like you just created a new account to spam with Yobit sig.

Just stop it, spamming won't make you rich.

So add to the reasonable reply you have already gotten I think it's weird that your tried joining a bounty even without have at least two post here on the forum.
I don't think the forum would need any spam bounty account anymore thanks to the rank system you ought to put in work mate to get paid

Maybe OP owns alt high-rank account and he makes a new account just to ask this error from here.

It's obvious the error means that the account he uses is not wearing a yobit signature code. like r_victory yoibit only accepts Sr. member above unlike before that Yobit is accepting even newbie account because before newbie can wear signature but right now it's not allowed.

OR these guys are now creating alt accounts, asking questions they already know the answer to AKA useless questions that doesn't benefit the forum in any way. I know this is just a hypothesis but looking at newly created accounts, the kind of questions they're asking and those responding I can't help it but think they're just paying games. OP this forum isn't related to yobit and we can't offer assistance to someone willing to receive payment to spam the forum. Go ask yobit for help.
