I find it down also. No sorry page, just plain no response on http. DNS is good. Ping is good. Domain seems to be via godaddy (domaincontrol.org)...so probably not a hosting provider outage

...dun dun dun.

Let us hope they have not been hacked; the mybitcoin fiasco was bad enough, we don't need another one.

The guy who runs Flexcoin seems to usually be pretty active on the forums. But who knows at this point, with Bitcoins if it can happen, it most likely will happen.

It's still down this morning.  I just sold some coins to a guy and he had me deposit them in his Flexcoin account.  I don't think they ever became available.  He said he could see them in the account but could not access them.

Makes me wonder.....

https://bank.flexcoin.com is the client page and it's up.  The marketing page at www had a network problem.

They are not even at the same host Smiley

Well... most of your non-tech-savvy clients won't ever know they can access bank.flexcoin.com directly. So, for them, you are actually down. And the banks' websites should never go down...

I just emailed this to my friend.  I'm sure he'll be relieved.

you're right..  it's our fault..   that being stated it's available at https://bank.flexcoin.com  transactions are occurring normally,  it's just the marketing site that is having problems.

It should be resolved shortly.

I also have to give a shout out to Matt Wright!   He called me and let me know that server was having problems nearly 20 minutes before the automated systems caught it.

EDIT:  www.flexcoin.com  is now working as expected.

Again we apologize for it,  the good news is that the actual site ( https://bank.flexcoin.com )  never went down,  it was a differing server that was for the most part just a marketing page that was down.

Again thank you for your understanding on the matter everyone.
