The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

I do not doubt that there are many ways  of convertation. But the OP is asking which one we use, so, I'm going to tell about mine. I simply use an exchanger which works with my national fiat and after send this money to fiat online wallet and from there to my bank's account. That's the whole story.

Most of the time, exchanges operate as the main way of converting Bitcoins into cash (and vice versa). In Canada, we do have some Bitcoin ATMs, but they're pretty spaced out across the country and cities usually only have one if any at all. Most people in Canada used to use Quadrigacx, but since that shut down the open marketshare for exchanges has grown considerably. I'm personally looking for a new exchange, as I too used to use Quadriga.

For some countries, there are no exchanges present and thus the only way that they can convert Bitcoin into cash is through websites like localbitcoins, or maybe using whatever other similar online marketplaces they have. You could probably even find something like that on craigslist if you looked hard enough.

I did some p2p transaction before with my friends who became interested with bitcoin last all time high and I thought that it would last longer, when they asked me if they can buy directly bitcoin from with small amounts. Usually the method that I use for converting crypto into cash is through exchanger like the other posts. Some probably are doing this through localbitcoins.

The most widely used way is to convert through exchanges that support each country's currency because usually every country has an exchange that supports that currency, there are many ways you can convert Bitcoin into cash, now it's not the most contrasting, not as it used to when Bitcoin is at the lowest point where there is no hype like now, it is very good if there are Bitcoin ATMs in some developed countries.

Try to use p2p trading and I assure you that you will not look for other options again. Visit localbitcoins platform and register yourself. It's a Finland based p2p trading platform but available in majority of the countries. Find a good trader based on their reputation and open a trade request. Receive money in your bank account and release your bitcoins. It's that easy! However, this platform only supports bitcoin!

Like  your country we do have our own 3rd party. Philippines has more than one but the popular is the coins.ph, they do have options to send the cash to you bank account or money transfer services. They even allow us to withdraw cardless transaction on ATMs. This company made it very convenient for us.

This one. Coins.ph really did a good job converting our Bitcoin to PHP and it's really convenient because there are lots of methods to use. You can even deposit it to your bank account. But if you don't have a bank account, you can simply exchange it using any remittance center here in the country. Of course there are fees involved, but they didn't charge that big, we are just lucky having this kind of services in the Philippines.

What is Coins.ph's market share in the remittence market? And are they still using bitcoin or have they switched to other coins to save on fees?

F2F or BTC ATMs are fastest way. But if you want to sell BTC and you have BTC ATM near you and it accepts also DASH, ETH or LTC etc. use alts because confirmation of transaction is much faster. For example in shitcoins.club they accept BTC, Dash and LTC, and transaction is confirmed bz them if there are 6 confirmations in network, for BTC it's min. 1 hour, for LTC or Dash it's min. 15 minutes (my longest waiting was like 27 minutes).

The last methods I've used were Bitstamp (and send to Revolut card), bitcoinromania.ro (and send to my bank account) and Wirex Card.
And of course, whenever the start align correctly (meaning if I have Bitcoin and the shop also accepts Bitcoin) I buy directly with Bitcoin.

You can use the method you described, crypto ATMs are one of the easiest ways to convert crypto to fiat (no KYC, instant payment), but they usually have the highest fees. If you want to save some money on fees and to stay anonymous then you need to find someone for live person to person transaction. In that case there is a risk of being robbed, or even taken for the purpose of ransom.

One more way to convert crypto to fiat is to buy things directly with crypto, and then sell for cash. It can be quite a simple way if you have some stores in your country which accept bitcoin or some other crypto currencies as a means of payment. Since you are from Poland check for Coinquista and Bitclude, they got green light for different ways of doing business with crypto.

I use localbitcoins.com site where the user is directly selling and buying bitcoins. I just place sell order on the price i see and the buyer pay directly to my bank account and then i release the coins. This is the simple way of converting bitcoin to cash.

I usually convert via  local exchanges that don't require KYC  or other related documents. But there is never true privacy on such exchanges.
Global Peer-to-peer exchanges like Localbitcoin and paxful are other ways to make transfer.  I don't use both exchanges anymore but you can still try them out if you are OK with their Terms.

I was used to using one of the exchangers owned by one of the blockchain experts in my country of origin.
their exchanger provides crypto currency exchanges on our FIAT currency, although not all altcoin listings on this exchanger but I can exchange it for bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, ripple, ignis, stellar, bitcoin cash and some other altcoins on FIAT currency and so on can be transferred to my bank account.

Hello, you can normally use a crypto visa with a bank account behind, like wirex or Bitwala. Once you have the cryptos there, you only have to change it for FIAT money. You can even request a visa card and use it in a normal cash-machine. Depending the country where you are located, you could be in problems if you have a huge amount of cryptos. Good luck.

You can buy gift cards which you then use to buy groceries and stuff.
Yeah, but that's an indirect and weak way to do it.  In the US, there's Coinbase and that's the only exchange that's reliable for btc-->fiat conversions, though I think Poloniex does it and is based here as well.  I've never used Polo for that purpose, so I can't say for sure.

I haven't said this in a long time, but I still miss Circle and how easy it was to buy and sell bitcoin through them.  There really needs to be another service like that.  Ever since they stopped dealing in bitcoin I've used this forum to sell bitcoin on, and that's it.  I'm kind of surprised that nobody else has stepped up to fill their shoes.

You should can convert to Euro and withdraw to your bank, or make a skrill and neteller account if is available, load your skrill or neteller account with bitcoin and add your bank account to skrill or neteller and withdraw directly to your bank. With skrill was more easy on past because they not ask to confirm your bank account, but make sure you put the full name on skrill when make account.

There are many ways to convert your cryptocurrencys back to fiat money. On some exchanges you can sell your coins for fiat money without any problems and then you can transfer your money to your bank account. You can also search for buyers here in the forum who come from your own environment. With such users you can meet and trade your coins against fiat money. But you should be careful. Meet only in public places.  Wink

I think there are few places that are global but most of the time it needs to be a local place.

For example in USA they can do it on coinbase which is one of the biggest exchanges in the world but it works for usa perfectly, for other countries it requires way too much work to actually pull it off. That is where other websites come into work, there are places like kraken where Europeans could use and there is localbitcoin where everywhere around the world you can use to turn it into cash (even without using a bank if you don't want to).

There are also local exchanges that work from country to country which is most people who live outside of western countries use. There are plenty of ways basically but the only universal one is still localbitcoins to this day.

Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley
Here in my country, our way of converting cryptocurrencies into fiat is to send our funds from online wallets like Mycelium, Coinomi and other wallets into the local cryptocurrency exchange and then sent it again to a remittance or a bank account and that's it we can now have the converted crypto on our hands. But I think this process depends on which country you belong as there maybe different ways you can convert your cryptocurrencies.

Fortunately, our local wallet in the Philippines provides various options in converting our bitcoins to cash. Not only can we convert it to cash, we can also use our wallet to pay for our monthly bills, purchase game credits, directly send it to our respective bank accounts, and many more. It really depends on your wallet and the establishments in your country if they accept bitcoin as an alternative payment for their services/products.

This is actually true. Coins.ph (our local exchange and wallet) offers various options which makes everything easier to all people who have bitcoin in the Philippines. Not only they make everything convenient but they also offer services which are relatively important to every customer.

P2P and we use Paypal only.
Well that is one of the most trusted application for me so I'd rather stay with that and I already have one buyer which is trusted.
Although I dont sell much to him, since I want to get more rather than sell, he will still buy anytime and there is no need foe escrow or something else. Just the tx fee and it ia all a go.

I agree. coins.ph is really such a big help in the Philippines. And aside from offering transactions services, we can also buy cryptocurrencies through it. It also shows the price (in Php, of course) of bitcoin for those who want to buy or sell. And it also comes with a graph which shows the movement of btc price—whether it increased or decreased. Basically, btc's fluctuation. Moreover, one cannot access his or her wallet address unless his or her account is verified. All in all, coins.ph gave Filipinos convenience therefore it is "coin-venient".  Wink

i hear that coin.ph do have a higher buy price when you a buy a crypto using your fiats  . their sell price is also a bit lower compare to other leading exchanges and wallet online but this disadvantages are nothing compare to the good service that they offer  .  its now more convinient to cash in and cash out your cryptos to fiat or fiat to cryptos ( vice versa ) using this app  .  i forgot ,  one thing that bothers me is thier limits  . limits are too small even though i already verified my account with a kyc  .

This is a list of trusted exchanges of which we can see sites like Luno, hotbit where you can sell cryptos for cash. Coinbase is the best in USA but if you want totry other ways of exchanging cryptos to cash, you can buy gift cards, load your virtual visa card or buy the bitcoin debit card but in this process you may lose more than 10% as fee. I found it better to load any forex account with cryptos and then withdraw the money to your PayPal or US bank account by paying minimal fee.

From where am I, we do have exchange that can convert crypto directly to our fiat, though it's just some alts aside from bitcoin, but if you are talking about all alts inside crypto, then you need to use crypto exchange first, needs to trade your alts into bitcoin or alts that listed from the local exchange
then send it your local wallet address the third party system will be the gateway to send it to your banks or whatever service you like to use receiving your
money.

What is Coins.ph's market share in the remittence market? And are they still using bitcoin or have they switched to other coins to save on fees?
As to market sharing, I think there's no report on that yet but coins.ph is very popular in the Philippines. So I assume they owned more than 50% of the market. There are now 10 licensed VC exchanges reported by some media that were approved by the central bank.

everyone is doing this because everyone needs money in their life but in some times that development was reduced and it will give the laws only at the time we need to hold because if we made the hold on probably for long time we will definitely get the profit only.

Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley

Its more convinient to turn cryptocurrency as fiat here in the country because of this popular app coins.ph. In here you can store different coins like BTC, ETH, XRP etc. and like a one stop shop, you can buy load,  or pay bills. You can easily convert your crypto into different ways like directly get it from ATM , deposit it in your personal bank account or even get into many remittance centers.

generally convert cryptocurrencies in to fiat or cash. the easiest way try to find local exchanges in your country that able to exchange cryptocurrencies into nationaly fiat and transfer cash into a local bank. thus it will be much easier than using foreign exchanges outside your country. this method is widely used in many countries. and always use a trusted local exchanger. by searching Google.

Coinbase probably can be considered the most famous exchanger, but if for some reason it does not suit you, then you can find a suitable way to buy or sell cryptocurrency among a list of different exchangers, with detailed information about them, statistics, reviews and prices. I use this method depending on the situation and I have not had any problems before. https://www.bestchange.com

There is an exchange that I have relied on for a very long time now called LUNO exchange, they have been very reliable and has not giving me any issue, once I get my BTC address after converting to BTC if they are not BTC, then I transfer the BTC to the wallet given to me, trade it and covert it to FIAT, from there, I request for withdrawal, and doesn’t take more than 24 hrs for me to get the cash in my account.

I know that we have lots of other great exchanges too offering these services, but I have not gotten any reason to leave LUNO for other exchanges since they are still serving me well.

I really don't like Bitcoin ATMs because of their fees on any transaction so if you thinking about converting crypto into cash than check if there is any cryptocurrency cantor in a bigger city.

This is one of the methods that is causing the delay in the use of cryptocurrencies as a payment of for services. i wish i could see threads like how to use your bitcoins or ethereum to purchase goods at some online marketing platforms. Seriously if we want cryptocurrencies then we need to put some action into our words. Let's spend cryptocurrencies and stop cashing it into fiat.

In our country, we use a certain exchange/wallet called coins.ph. With the use of it, everything about bills is really efficient and so easy. Whatever we do using Bitcoin, they will automatically convert them into fiat. For example I will be doing a cash out, the BTC I will be sending in the bank will not be BTC anymore but already fiat since banks don't actually accept Bitcoin in our country.

Correct but there is a wall to that also.
How they can they buy bitcoin if their country is being restricted.
One example is Coinbase which is a large crypto exchange but is restricting countries in Asia.

How could merchants create businesses specially if it is international if people cannot even have a way to buy the crypto currencies?
I guess we should focus on making it possible for them to buy first and then afterwards pushing merchants to make bitcoin as an online payment option.

It is not easier to find someone who is trading cryptos. You can use localbitcoins to find who is selling and buying bitcoins locally but it is better to sell online for more easier experience.

I think almost every country has at least one local exchange to convert crypto into local currency. However for countries that does't have a local exchange must convert their crypto into paypal then withdraw it through their local banks.

I use Visa/debit card from wirex, you have a fiat account and you convert your BTC into EUR or GBP or USD, and then use your card on an ATM machine to get your fist bills... a nice service, but lately not working properly with a lot of down times...
you can also check the accepted exchanges by the national banking authority on your country, around here Coinbase is one of them, and them you link your fiat bank account to the exchange and just send money from one to the other like any normal accounts

I can think of a lot of reasons Coinbase will not suit people,,, the number 1 reason is that it only serves USA and UK recently,,, when probably more than half of the people in this forum live outside those two countries.

I think anyone who exchanges and asks on this forum like this is a newbie and therefore less likely to be converting even more than 1 BTC. So the trouble of finding a place that has better fees or rates ends up not being that much difference. Just use LBC it is always close to market rates.

Hey

Am from Ukraine and its hard to do it here so the only option I have is generally *local Bitcoins.com *

Other than that you can opt for person to person transaction, ask your peers if they need it and sell it to them , it will save you some money and it's rather fast but take care that the person is trustable .

Let me know if you have any problem 😊

One of the methods that I use to convert my bitcoin into cash is trough Skrill. I simply deposit my bitcoin there and it automatically exchanges it in any currency I want and from there I can easily withdraw that using a debit card. Another method I use is trough local bitcoin ''dealers'' or websites where I send them my cryptocurrencies and then I get my money exchanged directly into my bank account. Even though the fees are quite high for using this kind of services i like that this transactions are completed within a day or so.

I prefer to use a local bank, because I am more comfortable operating it, even though the cost is higher but convenience is my choice. by being able to directly enter a bank account in my opinion it is simpler, and the process is only in a matter of hours

if you want to more easily convert it to fiat, look for a local exchange site. now there should be many local exchange sites in each country,
they focus on exchanging local currencies with cryptocurrency. and you can directly withdraw to your bank account. that so simple

In most local exchanges we find more restrictions which is truly annoying. Better is to use the trading service providers like localbitcoins or find traders who get involved into direct trading through our forum. Our forum has got a separate section for the same, and with trust you can make trade as users won't cheat to loss their reputation.

Before I used exchanges or localbitcoins to convert crypto into fiat, sonetimes Bitcoin ATM. But it's not very convenient, especialy when you have to use your bank account and it's often time consuming. That is why now I use only crypto debit card. I can top it up and pay directly everywhere I want, which I prefere, or I use it to get cash at ATM.

Localbitcoins.com is most widely users crypto fiat method

Not really, people like to use local exchanges more than P2P networks like LocalBitcoins. In case of Local Exchanges there is little room for arising disputes in trades as funds of both parties are confirmed before exchange is carried out. But in case of P2P, there is no perquisite to deposit funds on Exchange, hence it leads to unnecessary delays and disputes. LocalBitcoins is more popular in countries where Local Exchanges are banned.

If we want to change cash obviously we will change Fiat currency because both are same in entire world. Bitcoin ATM is not properly maintain all the country so better we can invest exchanges and tranfer our fiat currency is the right choice. In your country all the transactions are available but mostly top high population countries are avoid the all exchanging method.

Converting bitcoin into cash was easy if we have a local exchange, so we don't have to feel difficult to get the money.
But not all countries have the local exchange, and for people who are difficult to convert their bitcoin, I think they can search for another option so they can sell their bitcoin and they can get fiat.
There are many services which will help you to convert bitcoin into cash, and you could try with localbitcoin, or if you have a friend who can act as a seller to send and receive the money, then he can help you.

Luckily,we have our own local exchanger in my own country so this makes converting btc into fiat very easy and convenient one.I really think there are still a lot of services available except from having a local exchanger. We just have to be more resourceful if we want to look for more ways.

yes, like in my country there is also a local exchange, so that it can be directly converted to local currency and directly entered the bank account, and on the other hand with a fast process that makes us more comfortable without any third party

We can convert Bitcoin into cash through debit cards. Another way from my country is through remittance center where they accept payments through the wallet that is backed by Bitcoin and other altcoins.

Nowadays, there are multiple ways to convert cryptos into cash. In my country, the most popular way of doing so is using a mobile app, in which the user is required to process KYC which will fully unlock maximum storage of BTC and daily transactions (cash-in/out). It also caters some of the most established coins such as BCH, ETH and XRP. Conversions are done real time and you can cash out your money thru designated banks, remittance centers, mobile money, or door-to-door delivery.

I am using exchange and localbitcoins.com to convert my crypto into Fiat or cash,
First I would use the exchange to convert my alt-coin into Bitcoin then use localbitcoin to convert it into cash.
Or you could easily use the exchange platform directly you could use it to withdraw directly to your bank account.

That's really one of the good moves if the bank who caters the ATM will also add the service of direct exchange or act as the direct exchange so no need to send btc to local exchange then transfer it to bank, I'm also waiting for a direct transactions between crypto exchange to any known banks that will cater all the service.

You can use these methods:

Exchange Bitcoin (BTC) to Visa/MasterCard

Exchange Bitcoin (BTC) to PayPal USD

I exchange with this guy:

『LONG TERM SUPPLIER』Theresa bitcoins buy/sell shop『ba/PP/WU/MG/Wechat/Alipay』

I have trade with the mention long term seller back in the year 2016-2017 but i dont know how her service is now but I will advice the OP to user an exchange like Kraken, Luno or coinbase but if you dont want your bank or government to know the transaction was crypto to fiat you can try the above user for a small amount first or trade with green trusted user.

Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley
There are lots of ways I can convert my Bitcoin into cash. There are local exchangers in my country that I can meet face to face and do the exchange with them. I even know a lot of them to the extent I don't need to meet them anymore, rather I just send them a message and request for their Bitcoin wallet address which I then transfer some Bitcoins to them and they will pay money to my bank account.

This is my favorite way of converting Bitcoin into cash and it doesn't cost me. Then another way I can do is withdrawing straight from my Bitcoin wallet. I just hit on the withdraw and the money comes to bank account within few minutes or some hours. This method cost me some fees but it is not much. Another way can be by making use of wallet debit card.

like in my country, there is a local exchanger, which is very practical to transact, so it can easily convert to local currency. Moreover, there are many scattered exchange offices in my country, thus facilitating bitcoiners

Cashing out always depends from country you live in. My country doesnt have exchanges, I have two options, to go trough the bank that is connected with one of the exchanges, in my case cex, or to do transactions locally, there is one guy who sells and buys bitcoins with 5% fee. ATM`s are far away from me, but anyway they have higher fees I think.
Compared with old days, 3 years ago, now more banks are connected with some exchanges, generally we are making progress I believe, and that is happening everywhere, more and more ways are popping out.

Its sad to hear that cashing out cryptos is verry limited and seems a bit hard on your country . Selling cryptos to a real person offline seems a bit risky . You may want to bring mobs with you before transacting and always transact on public places that have guards just to be more safe . Withdrewing cryptos on an atm or a bank is the recomended option to you as it is more safe and less hassel   .

I dint like dealing much with those OTC exchangers because they price ones BTC too cheap when they are selling cash to us, I will rather go online and use a more reliable exchanger where I can get exactly the value of what my coin is worth after I trade it.

I have been using luno for a very long time now and what I just pay is maybe the exchange fee, once I pay the exchange fee, they pay me exactly the amount I request in the proper fiat equivalent, the only challenge I have with them is that their exchange fee is quite high which is still better that what I will get when I exchange behind the counter.

In our country it's very easy to convert bitcoin into cash because we have apps that you can use to convert it directly in exchange to fiat money.

I will try to list out the most popular options we have in converting crypto to cash.

1. Using localbitcoins: A number of options are available. You can sell your coins to fiat, and receive fiat currency in bank accounts, mobile wallets, credit cards, Western Union.etc (as per your preference). Markup and commission is low (1% to 2%). Not recommended if crypto is banned in your country.

2. Using Bitcoin ATMs: Some of the ATMs have an option of converting your BTC to fiat. Anonymity is guaranteed, but the problem is that they are only available at select locations.

3. Using pre-paid debit cards that can be loaded with BTC: You can use these cards to withdraw cash from any fiat ATM. Available from a number of providers, such as Monaco and Coinsbank. Can be considered if your country is hostile to crypto. But not 100% safe.

4. Purchase of Amazon or other gift cards: Anonymity is guaranteed and you can sell these gift cards later for fiat cash. Safe for low amounts.

5. Cash by post: Markup and commission may be a bit high, but anonymity is guaranteed. Safest method in countries where crypto is banned.

It`s like that, but I don`t meet with him in person, we do the job on the telegram or viber, he has both. I called him just first time before many years, he have a good reputation and he is doing that for years, so I wasnt afraid or anything. I send him bitcoins he send me money via bank in my country currency (dinars). He made everything much easier back than.
I think future will bring more ways like I said, my country will be more opened to crypto in years to come, it got to happen, when big ones do it, little ones will follow.

some countries have multiple exchangers to convert bitcoins and some other cryptocurrencies in their country's cash or Fiat currencies.
for example in Indonesia.
in this country, there is an exchanger called Indodax. This exchanger provides conversion to this country's cash or FIAT currency (Rupiah)
For more details, you can see it at https://indodax.com/

We are so lucky to have coins.ph a government approved exchanged for our cryptocurrency in our country, we can easily convert Bitcoin, Ethereum, Xrp and BCH to cash and we can even pay our bills through coins.ph, one big reason why people here are into cryptocurrency, every user should go through verification first or KYC before you can use their services

like in my country, even though the government has not legalized cryptocurrency, but for local exchanges, it is a company and is not against the law. then there are several exchanges in my country to convert to local currency

Face to face transactions are always risky. If you check the Bitcoin Discussions sub-forum, you will be able to find threads from users who got scammed during such transactions. On top of the chance of getting scammed, you need to understand that your anonymity will also be under threat. I would never go with such transactions, even if I am getting a good premium.

In my country it is not much different from in Poland, a special exchange place that provides bitcoin exchange facilities and other crypto currencies with currencies in our country. Maybe in other countries it is the same, which distinguishes it from regulations from the local government.

How can they got scammed if the transaction was done live ( face to face ? )  you can see the person that you are transacting with and you can check his cash or bitcoins if it was real or not  . you can also get his personal information such as address and contact number so that if anything gone wrong ,  you can blotter him in the nearest police station  but you cant do these things on online when trading with random people because they may use dummy accounts if ever they want to scam you  .

Same here in my country, the government already approved several local bitcoin exchanges because of a growing numbers of people that uses bitcoin in their transactions. Several bitcoin ATMs are also available in the capital or in metropolitan area where bitcoin users and traders are abound. These exchanges are under regulations to protect the people from scams and illegal activities that uses the bitcoin.

You are referring to local exchanges and I think they are all available in every part of the world, in my country we have coinsutra and most of my crypto transactions from buying of bitcoin to exchanging of bitcoin to fiat are being neatly done via them and they have never disappointed me, their transaction is very fast.

If I also chose to sell behind the counter like the way whales disposes of their own investment, we also have them in my country and for now that government does not make issue out of cryptocurrency. They all have their sign post too for me to locate them for the exchange.

I live in Ukraine and we have quite a few ways to exchange cryptocurrencies for fiat money. Many of the Russian-speaking people use the EXMO exchange as it allows you to withdraw money to VISA and Mastercard. Many change through various exchangers, too, with the withdrawal on the card, but there are also exchangers in the city, where you can exchange cryptocurrency for cash. Commission from 2-5%. There is also a number of intermediary services to which these exchanges can transfer money and then transfer it to their cards.

In our country, we use different exchanges first to convert the crypto into bitcoin or eth, then put it in a wallet which is coins.ph, then convert the bitcoin or eth into Philippine peso. That`s our process in converting crypto into our own currency.

Wrhen I was a newbie I'd always need the help of local exchnages to convert my Bitcoin to cash or transfer it to my bank account straight. But these people always don't buy at the exact rate, rather they minus it, cause that's a way for them to make their own gains.

I was doing that until I discovered Luno wallet and also found out that most of them that are local exchangers were using Luno to do their business as well. So that is how I started using their wallet since it allows me to withdraw to my bank straught away. You can also make use of BitPay debit card.

I converted my cash through banks, I have local bank accounts which their firms where partners of our local exchange. It is fast, the moment I withdraw them to my account they get their in just 5 or less seconds. Then I go to town and find the Atm machine get the money, but only 200 dollars per day maximum because it is the limit. When I want to exceed my withdrawals I use other remittance centers like western union or LBC.

We recently finished doing an infographic for a blockchain platform called Kyber, which allows switching of tokens on any dApp, could probably use it to swap to a stable coin if you wanted, or maybe there's another option. You can check out more here: https://www.cyberius.com/kyber-network-infographic/

Have a great day,
The Cyberius team.

The “Epayments” payment system is a fairly simple and convenient conversion method; it provides credit cards with accounts in various currencies into which you can convert your cryptocurrency.

The method with a buyer seems to be a risky one. You can meet a dishonest person and lose everything. here are many good exchangers that are available for citizens of most countries. Just use the one, which provides the best rate.

In my country here we can convert bitcoin into cash through localbitcoin, remitano.com and lunus. I have used the foregoing services and there work perfectly. I do like this question you have asked because I go through some response here and I think I could used other countries without much problem base of what other posted.

In the Philippines where crypto industry is starting to bloom, many exchange platforms and e-wallets are starting to emerge.

For example, from etherdelta, coins will go to the trading account to be exchanged in ethereum, from this accout, it will be sent to an individualized account in coins.ph then from there it will be in the form of pero or other currencies like BTC, BCH. then it will be cashed out through authorized remittance partners or banks to be turned into cash.

Just to make it simple for all the the members who are residing in the Philippines.
We are using coins.ph and abra as a digital wallet. Since coins.ph have xrp, btc, bch and eth. You can easily transferred your coins preferably the said coins above into fiats (php) then cash out to the supported banks or remittance center. To sum it up:
  • BTC (from exchange) transfer to coins.ph/abra acct.
  • From coins.ph, convert btc to fiat (php). Remember that every convertions has a corresponding fee.
  • Or in coins.ph, convertions are not necessarry and we can easily cashout btc to the remittance center to remove fees from converting btc to fiats. This is what I usually do.
  • Cash out to the supporting outlets. (Another fee)

Coins.ph already have an exchange where we can already trade. So if you are a trader, you can easily trade at coins.ph and direct convertions and cashing out.

it would be more convenient indeed if in our country there is a local exchange, so that we can cash crypto in the local currency. just see the local coins available, so we convert to the available coins then convert to local currency

There are lots of ways you can convert your bitcoin to cash. If you are using one of these wallets that issues out debit card, that can be a way for you to withdraw your bitcoin at anytime you want and any amount, but you will have to pay lots of fees for that. Then another way is by withdrawing your bitcoin to your bank straight, this should only be available if the company is working in your country and they will charge a small fee. If they are offering such feature but are not in your country then you are likely to pay high fees. Lastly you can sell your bitcoin to exchanges like localbitcoin.com, paxful and the rest of them.

Well, almost every country has a number of websites that help users buy and sell some popular crypto very easily, and this is always a form that people often use to convert crypto into cash, safe and reputable, a small problem is that the fees for the conversion process seem quite expensive. And except for this method, I also often see people in telegram groups and facebook having exchanges, buying and selling directly with each other, this will limit a lot of fees but we need to choose those who are reputable when cybercriminals are always very crowded and dangerous.

It takes several stages to convert crypto into cash in various exchanges that end at local exchange sites. Maybe not every country has a crypto exchange with its currency, luckily in my country, it's available, so it can be easy to transfer money to the bank after it is converted.

Localbitcoins are quite popular, but things become more convenient when Huobi gives users liquidity between crypto and fiat. especially when they invest and trade / exchange fiat right at the trading floor.

In India, there is hardly any other option. All the local exchanges have been closed down by the government, and it is very difficult for the international exchanges to credit fiat payments to the Indian users. So the fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversion is mostly happening through peer to peer network, but sometime in the future the government is going to implement a crack down on that route as well.

Until now, cryptocurrency users have always found opportunities for cryptocurrency cashing.  But today in some countries there may be some difficulties with one.  First of all, I would also like to mention India, where the government is decreasing the issue regarding the punishment for using cryptocurrency, which provides for a ten-year prison sentence.

there are many ways to convert bitcoin into cash, the one i am very familiar with is, get an exchange site, calculate the rate of conversion of the bitcoin into your own country's currency, after making trade from your exchange site, you send your account number to your buyer and he or she will sent it into your account and the transaction fee will be deducted.

Usually in countries that do not have an exchange with the pair of countries, then there are several ways such as using online money changer services or also via OTC.
But if it is too difficult, convert to USD, via Paypal, then via the Bank

Despite the fact that cryptocurrency has not been legalized in my country, even national exchange resources already exist, although the government also has no prohibition on them.  Cryptocurrency is being exchanged for any fiat currency, for any bank accounts.  In general, there are no problems with this.  At the same time, there is also feedback, when I can buy Fiat with the help of the highest-rated cryptocurrency.

There are many cryptocurrency merchants around the globe and these merchants are normally responsible for the conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa. Every country or continent have different companies acting as crypto merchants. Here, we have cofred and eccurrency4u as the best merchants working tirelessly on a 24/7 basis for customers.

Well in my country i only use coins.ph to convert my cryptocurrencies to my local currency then cash it out on remittances here near my place. Hoping there's  a lot of options because the fee of converting crypto to fiat in coins.ph is ridiculous, I'm using it because I have no choice and it's the only available.

I still think that "btm" or whatever those bitcoin atm machines are called are the best option. They never ask for KYC, they never ask for personal information, you just put cash into it and gives you a paper with bitcoin in it or you scan a qr code and send bitcoins and take out cash, simple as that.

I love those things, I have one near my house and it charges a lot for exchanges and their rates are always a bit late so you would have to wait around but at the same time I can make a bit of profit because when bitcoin goes up they are still a bit lower and I get to buy it cheaper and then sell it for higher at home whereas when I need to sell I sell at higher and then rebuy at lower all working fine for me. Those machines are not common just yet but with time that will be everywhere in the world I am sure.

Forms of converting cryptocurrency to cash or fiat is made possible by the cryptocurrency merchants. There are cryptocurrency merchants in almost every country helping in the conversion of cryptocurrency to fiat and vice versa. Also, trusted escrow services can be of great use if merchants do not work on a 24/7 basis.

In our country, it is easy, to be honest.

There is this exchange called coins.ph. This exchange allows us to use Bitcoin to pay bills, buy kinds of stuff like in-game currencies and even send some money to our banks account suing Bitcoin but that is the point, that is how they convert our Bitcoins into fiat. It is like, they are taking the Bitcoins and then give us the fiat equal to how much we want to send to banks.

really ? sh*tcoin.club  ? sorry but i find the site funny and i think its a joke . im not going to use that site to trade because i know that there are many sites that offers crypto conversion and most of them are serious and legit  .

on our country , crypto is totally legal and there are also bitcoin atm's that we can use around the corner  . i think these btc atm's are the most convinient way to convert btc to fiat , among any other known methods out there  .

I am someone who have used Localbitcoins a lot during 2015-17. In most of the cases, the deals went well. But there were cases when the buyer tried to cheat me of my coins (there were a few instances when I was in India). It was surprising because I normally deal only with buyer accounts that have a positive feedback of at least 99%. But a number of very old localbitcoins accounts are up for sale (some may be hacked) and I guess the scammers might have got their hands on some of these. So be careful while dealing in LBC. Positive feedback is not a 100% guarantee of safe payment.

Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley

We are lucky here in our country we have an exchange called coins.ph where we can easily convert our Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Bitcoincash Ethereum and Ripple to our local currency, and not only that we can also pay our bills using that exchange, it's government monitored and very much compliant.

There are several methods of converting cryptocurrencies into cash here in countries. Several crypto exchanges offers this kind of services like converting bitcoin into local currency through banks and remittance centers. In my country's major business district, a bank-managed crypto ATM is already available for those who want to withdraw cash using their own bitcoins. The bank plans to bring to bring this bitcoin ATM to some other parts of the country where a large bitcoin users are available.

I think there are now many local exchanges that can convert cryptocurrency into cash, which means that every country has its own local exchange and even in my country there are many exchanges that don't only have one exchange. That way, there has been a lot of convenience in this matter and of course time goes by, this industry will continue to grow and make it easier for its users.

Today, new resources and mobile applications are already appearing, as well as trading exchanges to which you can attach bank cards and thereby simultaneously trade cryptocurrency and withdraw earnings in fiat currencies (Coinbase).  But I think that in the near future, the situation with an increase in the infrastructure for using cryptocurrency will improve and then you will not have to cash out cryptocurrency in real money.  We can not only buy things and products, but also pay for utilities with the help of cryptocurrency.  At least, such opportunities may be available for owners of Bitcoin, Ethereum or other popular cryptocurrencies (BitInstant, BitPay), but if the Facebook project is implemented, then the Libra will be cut off from the banking system forever, judging by what is happening today around the Libra coin.

Converting from fiat to crypto and vice versa is not difficult at all as you will always find buyers and sellers of bitcoin everywhere. You can use localbitcoins.com or any of your local exchange or you can even search for people who live nearby you whom are willing to buy your bitcoins for cash.

Today, it is not difficult to convert cryptocurrencies into cash, and we can find many sellers available in our country. I usually use my friend's service, and they help me to do that. I only need to sell some bitcoin to them, they help to send the money to my bank account, and the transaction was run less than 30 minutes. It's no problem for me if they use some fee because I still get the money in a short time. But sometimes, I use the other service like the local exchanges, and I don't have any problem too.

Here in the Philippines there are some ways to convert your crypto into cash. The most important step is to send it first to our local wallet coins.ph though it only supports bitcoin, ethereum, and ripple for now. Then choose how you want it to convert into cash like withdraw it at remittances or cash-out it directly to your bank account.

In my country, to convert cryptocurrency to cash means you need to consult the cryptocurrency merchants and escrow service providers. Anyway, I prefer the cryptocurrency merchants to the escrow services. The cryptocurrency merchants is secured. There are two big companies here serving as the cryptocurrency merchants, thus cofred.com and ecurrency4u.net.

- Indeed, in almost every country there will always be some reputable people who become intermediaries for buying and selling bitcoin, and as you said, we just need to discuss the proportions that are right for them, transfer bitcoin and we will get money, the benefit they get is the percentage difference between buyer and seller. However, this method sometimes has some risks if we sell a large amount of bitcoin, money always makes others greedy, in this case, turn to reputable intermediaries websites, they are often present in most countries

Actually there are quite a lot of countries that don't have local exchanges that support each country's currency with cryptocurrency. But there must be some who sell exchange services. I use it often. Try to find someone who sells services if there is no exchange that supports or official exchanges have expensive fees.

In first, I find an excellent local legal exchanger that accepts my cryptocurrencies, and into that, I use to convert my cryptos into cash. The one that I'm using is great because you can use your crypto directly to buy, some stuff, pay your bills, games and also you can convert it into cash that can deliver to you in person. Also, they have so many promos that lessen your transaction fees. Smiley

That would be a good alternative ways if there's no available services or you are avoiding to pay high fees. You can exchange it from other services and enjoy the outcome instead of keeping the old ways. If there's other options best to explore and find the right one that makes you to have good advantages. Crypto have it's own value which can be used to exchange from Fiat to other form of digital currency.

One way or another, today you need to convert cryptocurrency to Fiat, even if you do not want to do this.  The fact is that when I receive the main income from the cryptocurrency market, I still pay bills using banking services and therefore, in any case, I need fiat currency.  But I try to use to a greater extent in my life those resources on the network that give me the opportunity to buy things and various goods using cryptocurrency.  Thus, I minimize my dependence on fiat currencies and on banks.  But if you have to cash out cryptocurrency, then I do it with the help of exchangers in my country that exchange various cryptocurrencies for fiat currencies.
