Ideas are worthless, everybody has ideas, why would people spend their time working on yours rather than their own?

If you have a project in mind and you want people to assist you with it then you have 2-options from what I can tell. You can compensate them for their time in a manner they recognize, not the tokens they will be creating themselves. Outside of that you will have to convince them to donate their time, because they see the potential in your project and have trust in you as an individual for the long-term.

The amount of effort you're putting into this post seems to indicate that you're not that serious.

I am also hyper motivated to work or even create a new project based in a couple of my personal ideas but I think we must share what we have to do if we really want get some help. In my opinion your post is useless since nobody will send you a message if you dont share any of your ideas before. If you share your ideas and these ideas are interesting, I have a good experience on cryptos and I could help you a lot.

You forgot something that is very important, and that is if you are going to launch an ICO or not, it will only become a good idea if you are not going to do an ICO and allow fair and balanced distribution of the coin, people do not want to ask about idea and launch an ICO afterward.

No one mind about the idea but you need to make the payment in BTC(Any top cryptos) or fiat cash for their efforts on working with you. With the idea without no investment will never work for anyone.
So better to clarify with the payment and recruit the people to work with you.

there are many interesting ideas out there without yours. So you should say what project you want to build-team and grow together with with the ICOs which will have planned

It’s better to attach at least a portfolio or idea that is interesting and also personal contact you such as your account can be contacted.

You are probably able to build a small team from scratch but it's not possible to have a complete team without any funds. I will suggest you to find people (two or three) who are ready to work with you to share, develope, and complete your idea. After that you will need and investment, so find an investors that interested in your idea so that you have funds to continue the development. Then, you can find developers or other part of team to build your project together.

I agree to every statement you said. Sharing vision has a lot of effort than just posting here. Kindly put yourself outside your screen and share those ideas to ones you trusted the most. It might work.
